Loving this show so far. I really enjoy it and am glad it got a second season.
I also like that, while it's funny as hell at times, it also gets a bit serious and has a bit of a message inbetween the jokey/funner parts.
Like, the scenes of Earn in holding/jail waiting for his stuff to go through was a little half and half. Some funny stuff (the guy telling the story about how he should have gone home) there was a good amount of tragedy in there. My mom was like "All the jail stuff....so funny" and I was like "Yea, but it's also really sad, too. The segment about the mentally ill person who is 'in here every week' and Earn asks why nobody helps him right before he gets brutally beat down was rough. So was the homophobia/transphobia stuff that was revealed by that one unstable guy who couldn't handle finding out he truth that his 'girl' was really a guy so he resorts to self-hate and homophobia". There's definitely a lot going on here that makes it more than just a simple 30-minute comedy.
Just finished the 3rd episode with the date where the waitress keeps upselling him and Van on items and Paper Boi/Darius go to do the deal in the woods. Darius is amazing. Him handcuffing himself to the suitcase to "be more professional" and then forgetting the key was hilarious. I loved that it ended with the scary guys saying "We can solve that" or whatever and then cutting to "We'll just put the money in the bag. you guys take the suitcase home. No problem."

I enjoyed it but mostly for the Earn and Darius parts. Paper Boi and Beiber in the basketball game was alright but not my favorite. Earn being mistaken for someone else and networking was great, though.
