Careful calling me out early like Dave Maynar in college pickem.
You're second in Pickem
He was gloating over me not winning, because he thought it was over. I also thought it was over and was bummed to lose by 1 point. Then this morning I got the email to make my picks. Still alive!
So 12 teams in Sangs league but still only 4 make the playoffs. How about we try to keep more teams intrigued and involved for longer than 6 weeks cause I guess thats around when my season ended.
My primary league, I was 1st place for most of the season. Last couple weeks been struggling. Who woulda thunk Drew Brees would get a whopping seven points vs. Detroit.

Agreed, I wouldn't have set it up that way myself either. My most frequent format has been 12-team leagues, with 13-week regular seasons and 6-team playoffs.
My main league with that setup is always my favorite because it's so damn competitive. Five of six playoff spots are clinched, with the last one up for grabs between three 5-7 teams, and it all comes down to the final Monday Night Football game of the regular season.
If I win, I'm in. While I'm a disappointing 5-7, I rank third overall in Points For in this league. Playing another one of the teams hoping for that 6-7 slot. I'm currently down 72.00-100.44, but he's done and I still have the Luck-Hilton combo yet to play.
If I lose, last playoff spot comes down to not only whether the third team in the hunt can win from behind with Matt Forte, but also whether he can overcome my opponent's Points For tiebreaker advantage. And there's at least one other 6-7 rival that's out because he'd never get the tiebreaker over any of us.
There's so much more thrill of victory and agony of defeat when it's not such a foregone conclusion.
I'm glad fantasy football is coming to an end. In my main league, I have been decimated by injuries (first 3 picks in the draft include: Gronk/Green/Rawls.) In the Thunderdome, I missed the postseason because of a 1 point loss this weekend. Uhhhh.
The winner of the loser's bracket in my main league gets 1st pick in the draft next year. Ezekiel Elliott would be nice.
