What you got back home, little sister, to play your fuzzy warbles on? I bet you got little save pitiful, portable picnic players. Come with uncle and hear all proper! Hear angel trumpets and devil trombones. You are invited.

I'm excited to see what Deer Tick has been up to. It's been 3 years since "Negativity." They've hinted at a new album for a few months now, but I don't think anything has been shared.
I checked out a few songs from Bahari. The easy comparison is HAIM, both acts being 3-piece, all ladies pop bands, but the sound isn't quite the same. These gals aren't as good as HAIM, but they've got this 70s soft-rock, summery kind of vibe that's enjoyable. It's one of those acts that might make it worth getting to the park early in the afternoon that Sunday.
I'm already scared for Friday conflict. MGMT, Snoop, Sum 41, Strumbellas, Jimmy Eat World, Grouplove, Taking Back Sunday
I "think" I'm ok on that because the way they are ordered makes it look like MGMT would be tier 1, jimmy eat world tier 2, taking back sunday tier 3. Hopefully so. But I also wouldn't mind checking out some of those others you listed, either.
LOL likely because boring is a massive understatement.
WSP is a good live jam band - KOL not so much, don't think I see them for free. That say's a lot, I'd see almost anyone for FREE!!!
Not 21 Pilots - seen them for free once, wouldn't do that again.
Well, all I can do is hope you just caught them on a bad night. I don't have many choices, and WSP seemed nothing like I expected when I watched a youtube vid of them, and isn't my type of music, most likely.
Some groups do end up having good live shows some days and bad others. I went to one gnr show where Axl sounded great, and then another only a few months later where he sounded like crap and the mix was all messed up where you couldn't even hear what he was saying etc...
