Thanks for the tip, e. I enjoyed that set, too- Matt was all over the place in the crowd on a few songs, really enjoying being a headliner at a big fest.
FYI all- the LiveXlive stream is being picked up by YouTube. Just type Livexlive in the search box. We had it playing on our smart tv, pumped through our home theater system. With a fresh local IPA in hand, it made for a nice, cheap, fun late afternoon.
Not a webcast but XPN is broadcasting the 50th anniversary of Woodstock as it happened
"To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Woodstock this week, WXPN will present the ancestor of all music festivals as it all went down — a radio exclusive that includes all of the festival’s archived audio, from the music to the stage announcements to the rain delays.
Beginning on Thursday, August 15th at 5:07 p.m., #XPNStock will showcase newly reconstructed audio archives of each of Woodstock’s 32 performances over four days, from Richie Havens’ opening set to Jimi Hendrix’s closing one and everything in between, in as close to real time as possible. Tune in to hear the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and so many more — just as they sounded in 1969 during the weekend that would shape a generation."

I haven’t found much this weekend though Fever 333 is broadcasting live from Wouldstock (333 minutes of peace and music) in Poughkeepsie tomorrow at 12:30 pm EDT on nugs. Also tomorrow night Tipitinas Free Fridays has The Low End Theory Players (Derrick Freeman is the leader and played Bonnaroo this year at Snake and Jakes) which is sort of a Jazz and hip hop act specializing in A Tribe Called Quest. Opening for them is sort of badass 6 piece jam-Ish band Noisewater who I only ever saw once in Biloxi. That’s also tomorrow on nugs.tv free around 10pm.
As noted in its festival thread, Lockn’ is streaming free on Relix Channel this weekend. Schedule is up in that thread. Right now GCJ is on but you can rewind. It’s sponsored by Ben and Jerry’s. Thanks for that.
Channel 1) curated by the festival; live streams best moments and performances of the whole weekend including insights, and more about the artists and the festival itself.
Channel 2) Arc Stage & Horizon - First 2 days (?) of Arc Stage: Deadmau5, Tchami and Fatboy Slim. I'm not sure if Tipitina's Free Fridays with John "Papa" Gros is going to be on or not. If so, 10:00pm CDT tonight with Darcy Malone & The Tangle (whoever they are) opening.
Spaga, Aron Magner’s side project band, is on Nugs tonight. Edit for posterity that the 20 minute jazz take off of Black Dog was great. They played like a 3am Monday show after jazz fest so I didn't get to see em live. Great trio all the way.
Lil Wayne's Lil Weezyana Fest is streaming on Tidal featuring performances from Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Megan Thee Stallion, Kash Doll, Saweetie, Trey Songz, Melii, Leven Kali and Akbar V. Begins Saturday at 4:30pm EDT. You might need to be a member of Tidal to see it, but sometimes they put their shows on YouTube as well.
Here's one for next Friday, but it just came out yesterday. Can't find it on the Red Bull site yet:
Aphex Twin will headline Printworks in London which will be broadcast for free, live on Red Bull TV.
The performance will feature visual effects from long-time Aphex Twin collaborator Weirdcore, from which we have seen similar weird stuff at other stops on Aphex Twin's few gigs around the world this year.
Aphex Twin will be supported by Afrodeutsche, Caterina Barbieri and Ugandan drum troupe Nihiloxica. The show will be broadcasted across 10 different cameras and is part of Red Bull Music Festival in London going down next week. The show is his first club gig in London in 10 years and sold out in 10 minutes.
Show starts at 10:00pm BST which is 5:00pm Eastern next Friday. I'll try to get more information on what all shows will be on there next week. In addition to Red Bull TV, it'll also be on YouTube:
Black Uhuru is coming up in a bit. Starting now. Support is: Onesty Big Mind Crucial Solomonic Sound System

Jason Isbell & 400 Unit is free tomorrow night 9:15EDT relix.com/live/
Also remember tomorrow afternoon if you have a way to redirect your browser to a different country, Red Bull Fest in London will be streaming Aphex Twin. It’s blocked in the US.
Saturday, LiveXLive will be showing the daytime stage at I Heart Radio from Las Vegas. Looks like the broadcast starts at 1pm CDT. Daytime performers that day are Juice WRLD, Maren Morris, Billie Eilish, Old Dominion, Zara Larsson, CNCO, Brett Young, FLETCHER and Monsta X with more to be announced - except they have a tentative schedule:
01:00 - Loud Luxury 01:15 - CNCO 01:40 - Bryce Vine 02:00 - LAUV 02:25 - Brett Young 03:00 - Fletcher 03:20 - Old Dominion 04:10 - Zara Larsson 04:45 - Maren Morris 05:15 - Monsta X 05:45 - Juice WRLD 06:20 - Billie Elish 06:55 - H.E.R.
Also this weekend, LiveXLive will be airing parts of Life Is Beautiful - just not in America. Fuckers. This is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Broadcast starts in 2 days, 17 hours 28 minutes so whatever time that is on Friday.
Totallty forgot about this thread but I will be contributing more (mostly jam stuff) now that I am two weeks out from a baby and basically just sitting around the house watching streams waiting to run to the hospital.
