I went to Detroit to see Clairo again last night, and man, I've never felt so old at a show before! I typically feel like I'm around the average age of attendees at a show, but I legitimately felt like one of the 10 oldest people in the venue. Odd feeling, guess I'm getting old!

5.5/four tet, daphni b2b floating points, avalon emerson 5.12/neil young 5.19/mannequin pussy 5.21/serpentwithfeet 5.25/hozier 6.12-16/bonnaroo 6.28/goose 6.29/goose 9.17/the national + the war on drugs 9.23/sigur ros 9.27-29/making time 10.17/air
Green Day seems like an option with them releasing a new album in 2020 and never seemed to have played Bonnaroo before. Not a huge fan, just seems like a good guess.
Neil Young - Mumford & Sons - Travis Scott A$AP Rocky- Vampire Weekend - Lizzo - Oysterhead
And you have me totally in.
Can I ask everyone is the Travis Scott thing just because of "status" because I haven't come across a classic yet trying to hear him out as a HL?
He had top billing at Made in America this year and was 5th at ACL last year - and I'd say he's gotten bigger since then. And with him having his own festival I think his stock has only risen since then.
Edit: And top of his day at Boston Calling and Firefly.

he also got bumped up to #3 on billing once gambino dropped, jumped over AM who were the original 4.

The first comment I ever made on inforoo was about Dolly Parton playing glasto and where she would be on the lineup if she played bonnaroo. I'd just like to take this time to apologize again for being such a moron, and thank everyone who helped me see the light.

i'm not a Travis Scott superfan but I am a fan. To my ears "Pick Up The Phone" and "ASTROWORLD" are bona fide classics.
but even if you don't like the music, his energy and stage presence as a live performer is objectively undeniable. he whips the crowd into a frenzy:
I think Travis Scott is to millennials what Nu Metal bands were to people in the late 90's. As far as genre mixing and getting large crowds to move like that

Understandable. This is gonna be -- this is beyond my personal like curve for yadda yadda yadda -- I just honestly didn't realize that his reach was that big right now.
