It was announced that the Dirty Dozen Brass Band are playing in the Parada Ala Madis Gras style. Have they done parades before and are they usually in a madis gras theme?

They've done a parade every year so far, on friday night.
It was mardis gras themed both years....galactic is involved in some way. First year the parade led to a late night galactic set, last year it just rolled around the grounds.
Kinda cool, but unless there are no late night bands you wanna see, it's skippable. I heard about it last year, but I was too busy getting my mind blown by STS9.

yeah i missed it the first year and stumbled across it last year going from one stage to another. it was pretty cool to see a parade break out in the middle of centeroo.
The Bonnaroo news release said that a VERY SPECIAL SURPRISE GUEST will also be part of the parade. Last year it was Galactic, I believe. Wonder who will do it this year?

Last year Charlie Hunter joined Galactic on the float. I'm sure since they announced it this tme, it should be cool as hell.
i heard some talk about outcast at roo...perhaps suprise grand marshal? i know its a long shot and a lot wouldnt go for it...i for one would enjoy this.

does anyone know what time the parade has been in the past? i heard it will be toward the end of dave n friends...anyone? i hope not, i really wanted to see it.
