It's not booked Friday night either. Frankly, I don't see how Saturday night could get any more jam packed. Night Tripper vs. SuperJam vs. Cirkus vs. Upright Citizen's Brigade vs. Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
they didnt sell out last year. the "CAPACITY" last year was higher then in 2003. the "ACTUAL ATTENDANCE" was the same as the capacity for 2003 because they failed to sell 10000 tickets. that is why they reduced the number of tickets and jumped the price up to make up for it. they are not going to come out and say "we cant sell this many tickets so we are reducing it and rasiing the prices so we can continue to make insane amounts of loot" i thinkk superfly has shown time and time again that they dont really care about our experience they only care about getting our money. and mega corporation money.
so lets see. they are reducing it to the number fo people last year. they are charging more. and they are taking away a second stage latenight. gee thanx superfly for making my experience more comfortable. cramming the same number of people into a tent instead of a big open stage is awesome!!

i have never said roo is dissapointing. superfly is the dissapointment. i wont say roos a dissapointment until i go and dont have the time of my life. just because you dont like the way things are being handled dosent mean your hating on something. i love america and yet im not too hot on our leadership. i could see it if lat year theere were latenights that were not filling up. but the late nights were packed as hell last year and now they will be even more so.
do you really need an act to be on a stage rather than a tent-stage in order for you to feel that you got your money's worth?
it dosnt matter where they put the acts. they could play out of some hippie's buttcrack and everyone would still gather around.
having a stage performance would create unneeded conflict. putting one of the tent acts on the stage would not change they way the musicians played. it dosnt matter.
be grateful we even have Bonnaroo to go to in the first place. do it.
well i would have to disagree. if phish played in my garage it would be sweet for me and my friends but it would suck for 25000th person that shows up. im not a big fan of the second stage any how but i know that these latenight events are goin to be more packed then last year without the stage and they were overcrowded as it was last year. this will only make it worse
