I'm going to assume they will play at least 10 of the 13 songs, if not all of them. I'm interested to see if they have anything else to play. Some good covers, maybe? For anyone who has seen oysterhead, did they play any other Claypool or Trey songs? Maybe even a Police song?
I'm not the biggest fan of the album, I really can't tolerate Claypool's voice at all, but after giving it a spin yesterday, I'm more excited than I thought I'd be to see them live. My vote went to "Army's On Ecstasy." Ohhhhhh, yeahhhhhh.

Claypool's voice (and sound in general) takes some getting used to. After you get used to it, however, be prepared to love it. Like i've said before, if anyone is unsure about seeing Claypool or Oysterhead, i STRONGLY reccomend getting his DVD and taking a look.
birthday boys for me. althoguh it was a tough call with psuedo suicide. i thin they will probably play everything and should have something new up their sleves. cant wait!!

Question to anyone whos seen them before or whose heard their lice shows before. I jus twanted to know how much they jammed out their songs. I mean i know its trey, les and stewart so im expecting some pretty sweet jams but is it more foccussed on that or on gettin as many songs in as possible?
It's a toss up for me between Army's on Ecstacy, Mr. Oysterhead, or Rubberneck Lions..
I call that they will open with Mr. Oysterhead... now I know you guys are saying to yourselves "wait a minute.. they would always close w/ Mr. Oysterhead!" but this is the triumphant return of this band, and I am certain that they will want to kick it off with the song that best personifies the band (IMO).
....man that show is going to be f*cking off the hook!

i want to hear them all!! and a NEW TUNE would make me shake uncontrollably. i want them to do a Police tune that Stewart wrote (like 'On Any Other Day' or 'Bombs Away'). 1 more request: i want to see Trey using that antler guitar and that "musical wand" thingy. i want Les to make my bones shake with his rumbling bass tones. .......( i think im getting excited now)..........

As you can see I hope they play Wield the Spade. I'm really looking forward to Oysterhead, they're half the reason I'm going to 'roo. I'm kinda pissed they aren't playing at night though.
