i love to look at their tour schedule and see that they have a two day break between the ny shows and their bonnaroo date. get some rest guys, see you at bonnaroo!!!!!!!
you're crazy No, they definately won't be hanging around the campsites. I could imagine seeing one of them at a show on Sat. though. I'd love to see Jonny and burn one with him.
I'm not normally one for autographs, but I had a thought cross my mind the other day...
I'm bringing my broken Kaoss Pad to carry around in my backpack just in case I see Johnny somewhere. I figure he's probably never been asked to sign a piece of gear he uses regularly
maybe people who aren't real fans might not recognize them...
ohhhhh....burn No I completely agree. I'd recognize any of those guys, and I'd probably shake uncontrollably and wouldn't be able to speak. I'd just point and mumble gibberish.

so would they
hahahaha! you are right. what language is that they speak anyway? i would be way too nervous to talk to them, i would just smile uncontrolably and turn my back... and then turn around to see if they were still there...
After Coachella, we went to Amoeba (sp?) in LA on a recommendation from some friends. While there, my wife and I were flipping through the newly arrived random vinyl on the end of an aisle when 2 guys came up and started flipping through as well. One guy had a strong accent and the other appeared to be an employee of the store. Then we noticed the professional video camera filming the whole thing. My wife looked over and realized she was standing right next to the lead singer of Franz Ferdinand. She just played it cool and went back to flipping through records.
Later, she commented "If that had been Thom standing there, I probably would have just passed out and fallen backwards." Knowing her well enough, I immediately burst into laughter at the 100% realistic images in my head of that happening.
That said, I've never been known as one who's without something to say... usually quite the opposite, I can't shut up
I've thought about this a lot (<--- loser), and am torn. Do I suck it up and go for a once in a lifetime shot of getting an autograph (should the occasion arise), OR do I be a good little fan and just politely smile and say, "well done" in passing?
