Yeah i have to listen to the local "hip-hop and r&b" station at work, which boasts about how it plays the "best music ever"... I can seriously hear the same song 3 or 4 times on the same station in one shift...

Yeah its silly how people dont even seek out music anymore, they just eat up whatevers on tv and radio...

^^^I agree with B & S. Just don't get it even though other music I listen to lends people to suggest them constantly.

I like My Morning Jacket, but don't get the massive love they get from fans (granted haven't seen them live)

Mars Volta I do not get. Honestly, listening to them and Sparta back to back is just depressing cause it sounds like two halves of the same band...One's too 'pop,' and the other's too wankeriffic. You can guess which one I think is which.

Finally, Secret Machines albums. Their live show is great. Their cd's just don't connect with me.
