Two Roads is solid stuff, but I can live without the imperial stuff. Their Ol Factory Pils is really good.
Last night I was at a bar - had the limited release* 26.2 from Sam Adams - then went balls to the wall with the Framinghammer Baltic Porter from Jack's Abby (10%) and then the Troegs Java Head Stout (7.5%). Still not as bad as the Sam Adams Utopia I had back in November (27%?) which just burned going down.
* The beer is only available in/near Boston right around the time of the Boston Marathon, so pretty much April and within a 25 mile radius of the city.
The Ol' Factory Pils and Road Two Ruin are my two favorites. They also had a limited edition Holiday Ale in their tasting room which was a nice little treat. If you haven't taken a tour of the brewery yet and you in the area it's worth a visit.
I need to take a trip to Boston to check out the the Sams brewery.
So I am making ltexas teas (vodka, rum, gin and tequila) at home. Have I gone too far?
How did that work out?
Great actually one shot of each and two to three ounces of sweet and sour and a splash of coke zero. surprisingly it is not super strong. and i only have one so its not like i get totally wasted. thanks for asking!
Ya know, the Bonnaroo White from Beans Creek Winery really isn't all that bad..Just drank a bottle, and I have to say, while it isn't my favorite white, it certainly isn't undrinkable...now onto the Brown Box riesling..Boy, Roo wine testing sure is fun!
