no, it smells like mentholatum. for girls, just be very careful when applying. put it in your hand and apply sparingly....it can really sting, if you're not careful

yeah, it doesn't seem like something that should be near your "place"

are there any more girl place friendly options for chafing issues? i cringe just thinking about a burn i can't jump in the shower to rinse off...
UnderArmour spandex - they make them especially to stay cool and wick away moisture. They also will stop chafing. I own several pairs for athletic purposes, I brought one last year on a whim and it was a life saver. They're lightweight, cool, and totally worth it.
ok i know this is a dumb question, but are these to be worn as underwear? or as shorts? ???

i think i might look into a pair of those or something similar. also if you go into a running store there are a few different kinds of runners lubes that you put on your thighs to stop them from rubbing together, i think vasaline had been suggested too.
my boyfriend swears by under armor. He plays rugby and most of the players wear their stuff. It looks like spandex but supposedly it keeps them real cool.
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
baby powder will not work girls!!!! it kinda ends up mixing with the sweat and resembles glue - get talcum powder - its a whole different thing - or pure cornstarch works just as well. And yes - if you are even slight more than average in the breast area - under your breasts is great because it soaks up the moisture
Hi everyone. I'm new here. Well, I've been reading and lurking for awhile. This thread had me laughing so hard I had to register! Where else can you talk about chaffing and how to remedy it but a bonnaroo board. This will be our second roo and we had no problems chaffing last year but maybe I'll pick some gold bond up just in case.
i have seen something in the girly isle at wal-mart, but it has totally slipped my mind on what it is called, but i think that its in a purple box. no help i'm sure, but just thought that i would try
i have always used baby powder with no problems. just use it lightly and it wont get all nasty. i have a funny story that relates to his topic. when i was 13 my boyscout troop backpacked through pictured rocks national park. well 3 days and 40 miles later i notice my friend is walking funny so we all start giving him nuts about it. he didnt say what was up but just kept telling us to shut the fuck up. well he was chaffed badly and was in real pain. he could hardly move around the campsite. later that night he had disappeared for a while and nobody thoguh much of it. well his tent mate decided he was gonna crash out. when he pulled open the tent door the chaffed kid was in there with his legs behind his head pouring dry oatmeal onto his crotch. it has to be the most embarrassing thing ive ever seen someone go through. we made fun of him for years.

oh man i feel bad for him, he still must get made fun of for that...priceless story nonetheless
well he had been my best friend for years by this time. its something he would have made just as much fun of me if it had been reversed. and i would have been fine with it. it wasnt mean. just good fun.
