Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
OTher than Gold Bond the best advice I can give you is this:
YOU BETTER DRINK A LOT OF WATER or I will makeycaca on you. The heat sneaks up on you on Fri and Sat and by the time you realize what is happening to you it is TOO LATE. You will spend the day in misery.
Heed my words warriors. Heat exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration are your WROST NIGHTMARE at Bonnaroo. If you try to drink 24/7 you will be pissed.
If you drink hard one night crack a water the next morning, NOT a bloody mary. By noon you will be beggin for mercy if you do not.
PARTY UP but drink a lot of water. A FREAKINGLOT.
If anyone you are around stats stumbling, slurring words or acting really drunk when they should not be, take them to a med tenet ASAP. Gracious neioghbors may have saved me a hospital trip last year my tending to me for three hours, pouring ice water on me and getting the medic.
I am a freaking WARLORD so if it can happen to me it can happen to you.

I live in Detroit... SO NO...
I too live in the Detroit area, I know the heat is going to get to me a little, my skin is really fair too so sun block and a bikini top will be my best friend!!
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain I like watchin' the puddles gather rain And all I can do is just pour some tea for two And speak my point of view But it's not sane, It's not sane
I just want some one to say to me I'll always be there when you wake
It was quite nice here in Manchester this past weekend. The roo should have been this past weekend instead of this coming!!
We have not had a drop of rain in over a week and all weekend the temps were in the upper 80's. It did get up to 91 yesterday and the humidity was low, about 40%, but it certainly felt rather hot.
I have been watching the local news' 7 day forcast since last night and as of right now, local news in Nashville is calling for no rain any of the roo days (we will see about that!) and the temps to be 88 Thur, 90 Fri, 93 Sat, and 94 Sun.
If it does gat that hot on Sat and Sun, those will be the two hottest days so far this summer! And of course they must come on roo weekend!!!
Well, It wouldn't really seem right being at roo and not being either miserably hot or soaking wet, now would it???

i agree with the water drinking, any night that i go out or have more than 3 or so beers, i pound the water down b4 i go to bed and all day the next day, so it's safe to say that the out of 60 water bottles we are bringing i will be drinking a shitloadof them. also, i try never to drink b4 noon when trying to party for the long haul...save it up, ya know?

we're bringing along 24 frozen water bottles and 24 cold water bottles and perhaps another case of un chilled water to put in the cooler after we run out (or to drink warm; it'll still hydrate us)
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
What I found to be a lifesaver last year was the cinema tent. Don't bother trying to catch a nap in your tent during the day because its way too hot. The cinema tents dark and air conditioned, and there's plenty of room to lay down for a quick nap. Or, just try walking around centeroo and checking everything out. Goodluck and Godspeed.

BONNAROOO!!!!! i'm leaving in approx. 15 hours!
the cinema tent is a great idea. thats where i plan to go for a break. i heard the cinema tent smells pretty herbal, but i didn't go there last year. nothing better than watching the new claypool movie smoking and drinking a beer for a break from the heat, IMO

My neighbor last year spent sat and sun throwing up and being sick from not enough water. I spend a lot of my time outside so I always keep myself hydrated. It gets hot as hell down here! My bank yesterday said 183
