Ugh, I'm glad my roommate isn't that bad. Although she does never clean the bathroom (I'm always the one who has to clean it) and got her hair dye all over the shower walls the other day. I'm not too worried about it.
As for your roomie...let him use your soap. It's not that big of a deal. My roommate and I share soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc and just buy it in bulk at Costco. Usually it's works like this: We run out, I buy stuff, we run out again, she buys it. No problems.
Besides, Nair smells like ass and he'd be able to tell anyway. Plus you'd ruin a perfectly good bottle of soap!
So, like I said, my roommate is body wash. I know it's him cause I mark a little line in the bottle, and every time he gets out of the shower it's below the line.
So my question is you all is, what can I put in my soap to get back at him???
I was thinking about putting a blue dye (the soap is blue) and it dying his skin when he uses it. Problem is, blue skin dye is kind of hard to get a hold of.
Itching powder? Does it really work?

you should sacrifice the last of whats left in the bottle and pee in it. i know it's gross but it would be funny for a few minutes till he washed it off.
^you have nightmares about dirty tampons, but think it's funny if someone pours your piss all over themselves? i know it's sterile, but... come on... lol
^^ trust me. a little warm pee is not quite as nasty as what you burnt into our minds. maybe it's not as big a deal to you because that's something that's part of your monthly routine, but come on. take a pee/ plug poll on which is more nasty. i bet i win. plus, most people pee when they get in the shower anyway. ask george costanza!

A few months into our lease, my good roommate and I (there were three of us) had noticed that there were only ever two bars in circulation in the shower - and that we hadn't been using one another's soap. We wound up buying him a three-pack of soap for Christmas - he was a lazy bastard who worked a total of five hours for pay in the two years we lived together. By the end of July when he moved out, we noted that he still had about two and a half bars left. I guess he wasn't using as much of our soap as we'd thought, but even that was still discomforting.

I'd say pee is less gross because its sterile. I'd choose sterile fluids over non-sterile anyday. However, I'd rather watch someone change their tampon than get peed on.
Oh, yeah, I should mention watching tampon changing is not my idea of internet fun.

hahaha omg. This thread made me LAUGH.
But, my opinion is this. Unless you have not mentioned it to your roomate that you do not like him or her using your soap, shampoo, whatever, tampering with whatever product would be pretty sleazy.
If you don't address the problem, someone might not know it IS a problem. Strange, I know.. but some people feel they can share things and are entitled to stuff since it's in the bath room.
When I shared a dorm, I had a little basket I would keep all my stuff in, and just bring it with me everytime I took a shower. So that way you know you're the only one using the shampoos and soaps...
But to some it might be a burden gathering there stuff for a shower when they could just leave it in there... but that's what I would do if I had a roomie who was always down with using my soap

My opinion on the matter.... I'd much rather be in a room while someone else changes a tampon, because I can just look away and focus really hard on something completely different. If I'm spreading somebody else's urine all over my body then there's nothing I can do to avoid that. That just sucks.
i once filled my shampoo bottle with pee cause my roommate was using my shampoo without asking. it was ok cause he was in the shower and the pee was only on him for about 15 saconds. i guess i could've pulled out my bloody plug with all the funk and bacteria and blood all over it and let him watch.
