Eagles and Raiders fan here. So yes, the title of this thread is correct.
I think I'm actually more excited for the Raiders this coming season. Can't wait to see what Demarcus Russell can do with a full season at the helm. As for the Eagles, I'm sick of Andy Reid and his excuses. Let's get a gawd d@mned quality reciever and a kick returner already.
C'mon man....first of all you're my nemesis cause I hate the Eagles more than any team in the NFL....but the Raiders...I'm all for rooting for the underdog...but there is NOTHING on that team to be excited about...how could Russell possibly show anything at all with that line, those receivers and those running backs?
The panthers would have had a MUCh better record had Matt Moore started rather than vinnie.. he had them a bad call away from beating the cowboys. He was the only one that figured out that the only way the panthers can win is to throw to steve smith.
Carr's career ended the day he was drafted...no protection at all on that team, and now he's gun shy....he's got five years or so of playing back-up QB in various cities, and then it's retirement time.

I think the Ravens are gonna be bad for a few years. Their offense is just as bad as the Viking's and their defense is getting older. Ray Lewis is gonna retire soon, and Chris McAllister is 31 i believe, and Samari Rolle is getting up there and not phsyical enough. Then they have Trevor Price on the line who only has a few years left, and their o-line sucks, also with no QB. Hopefully they give Troy Smith a chance, i thought he played good when he had the chance last year.
Don't say that!! Ray Lewis is the best we have right now!...I'm pretty loyal when it comes to hometown teams but it's pretty hard when you're having a discussion with someone and you say "well who was the worst team this season?....Miami? They didn't win a single game.......oh wait, that's right, they beat Baltimore"
I have faith though, we have a new coach, and maybe we'll stick with a QB, and we do still have our defense....so I got my fingers crossed....If there is one thing Baltimore is good at it's shocking people.
