Where I live, St. Patricks Day is a BIG deal...we love it so much, that we celebrate it a week or so before the real holiday, so that we can have our own parade, and then go to the NYC parade....a few years ago, I dubbed the day of the local parade "Fake Patrick's Day"...it's my third favorite day of the year...behind the Super Bowl and Christmas...
It's this Saturday, and I took the whole weekend off, just so I can get extra bolloxed...you guys think that makes me an alcoholic?
BTW: I will be in the damn parade on the Murphy's float....sorry Guinness....I drink for free all day for doing that...if you can match the offer, I'll take it!

I'd like to nominate this as one of the most productive days ever! In one day I've managed to
-Clean all the dishes -Clean bed sheets/catch up on laundry -Vacuum for the first time in months -Take out trash -Play 2 rounds of disc golf -More or less convert this dump into a spotless habitable apartment -Watch/Listen to 4 music dvds
It's amazing what a full day with no roommates and some corn can do for ya ;D
