I have a few credit cards, and i like my wamu card over citibank. It has rewards, 10% interest rate (decent i guess), easy to pay online (other than a $15 charge if you pay on the due date, citi doesnt chargfe you for) It also posts your current credit score i your profile every month. I had it up to 807 last year. That and I could buy a used car with my limit.
