Like I said....I saw all kinds of crazy shit. I saw otters! Freakin' OTTERS!!! I'm pretty sure that's what they were. Didn't get any pictures of them. Here's a few more pics.

^when i did what you did on baker beach in SF i saw dolphins. im pretty sure anyway. im not 100%. i didnt get pics. so ill never know i think its the same with your otters
I can't think of what else they could have been. 3 or 4 of them swam by about 10 feet in front of me. They were definately of the mammal variety. I think they do have some sort of otter in the lakes and swamps around here.
Yeah and if the other were not otters, maybe beavers. If you saw them however I would guess Otter. Believe it or not we have Otters at one or two parks here in Nashville they arer eally making a comeback.
It's so crazy that I live in this tropical swamp with all of the amazing wildlife. This really is the most stunningly beautiful place I've ever lived. I love being able to go for a bikeride and seeing all that stuff in my backyard. I have a nice view of the park too. I spend a lot of time sitting out there just watching.
FINALLY I get to sit down and have lunch! My house is cleeeeeaaan though and i'm really excited about it! Especially because i'm the only one who cleans the house, so it was super dirty. Now to eat, pick up my dress for formal (which is NEXT WEEK yay!) and go study!
I'm seriously kicking ass and taking names today. I love feeling productive!

Yeah... Everytime I was outside I wanted to lean over the porch and look around but I was met by a screen to the face everytime. I swear that thing was invisible!
