Well... I think it's time I get some shuteye. 3 hrs of sleep last night, looking at 4 tonight... I should probably stop staying up so late, but i'm on a hot streak with online poker, and I've convinced myself that by the end of april I'll make enough and cash out and buy a ticket and gas to roo.

I don't see the problem really... he isnt causing crime(hes actually preventing it), his neighbors don't mind him and are actually friends with him, and he sustains himself... where is the damn problem here?
I agree - I think it is sad that they want to evict him - he is not asking for a hand out from anyone - he is surviving and not hurting anyone in the process
sad story, but he is legally in the wrong. They have squatting laws to prevent this, and that is what he is doing. Don't get me wrong, I see no problem here, as long as the neighbors don't mind, which they don't. I'm curious to know what's gonna happen to him....

And that's what I hate about it...is that he is technically in the wrong.....But what is he supposed to do? I mean somtimes people are just lazy and don't want to work for what they get...But what of the others who honestly can't seem to make it work.....It's been made so hard to succeed these days, and what does our government do?....they send them away from a place they've made their home to an overcrowded, underfunded shelter ...It's very similar to the case of a small homeless community that lived under a bridge, the city declared it a fire hazard and they were all evicted, when in no way, shape, or form was it a fire hazard....I just don't understand sometimes
While - yes - what he is doing is illegal - but ya know - we all do illegal things on a regular basis, huh? He is not hurting anyone - and more importantly to me - he is not sitting there expecting a government hand out (at least the story did not indicate that he is) He is making his own way as best he can and doing it without harming anyone.
I hate it when I oversleep. I was supposed to be at work at 8, class at 11. I didn't get up until 11:30. I don't know what is wrong with me!
I'm so ready for summer I wish I could just wave a wand and it be summertime. I only have 3 more weeks though! Funny how, when it was 3 weeks until Ultra, that was such a short time, and now it's 3 weeks until summer and it seems like an eternity.

Me too! I feel like summer is forever away, but that's probably cause I'll have to take some tests and then my final exams. Gotta get through all that before the summer can come.
