This board makes me hungry for festy food too. You should have seen how excited I was when I found out they had arepas at Ultra!!!!! It was the first thing I did when I got there...haha

I know. Good lord they are amazing. I introduced my friend to them and it was all she ate while we were there. Although, I didn't eat any food while we were actually in the festival because it was so CRAZY expensive. My friend got a cheesburger, fries and a coke and it was $13!!!!

no like the second i start to study, no matter what time of day, i begin to fall asleep, I cannot stay awake and in essence the only time i do stay awake while studying, i retain absolutely none of the information, like it's pointless for me to even try anymore

Yes, I just think its hilarious that I wait till ABB are off the lineup. They were one of the biggest draws for me.

i need to work on a paper too. ive been trying to start it for 2 DAYS. ug... i have no motivation. I have 4 more big papers and a few smaller ones left to do for this semester and i just want to be done. i usually dont procrastinate too much but this semester is over with in my eyes and its painful to do work.
ACL headliners got released. Let's just say, you should appreciate Roo a bit more now. The headliners are Foo Fighters, Plant/Krause, Beck, Manu Chao & John Fogerty. I'm a bit underwhelmed. I'll take my time getting a pass...

underwhelmed??? man - I would love to see Foo Fighters and I know Beck is good - the others....meh
There are some good acts on the line up, but allot are already gonna be at Roo... totally neutral towards Foo Fighters. The Mars Volta, Beck, and David Byrne are all going to be amazing. Couple that with the other lesser acts that are straight, and I just may buy a ticket.

I would have mixed emotions right now if i had already bought my ticket. In a way (just to me, atleast) ABB is almost not replaceable... They would undoubtedly have been in my top 3 must see's of the weekend This coming from somebody who has never seen them before and has no idea if/when that ever will be possible.
But... the possibilities are endless, and really get me excited for everyone else that is going

sendspace has been working super fast for me lately. It used to take me hours to upload a show, but I just upped the Ben Harper set from Roo in 3 minutes.
Speaking of, anyone want that show? I just had a request for it so it's back up online for a time being while anyone wants it...
