Unless I'm missing it there doesn't seem to be a VIP forum and I think it would be really helpful to create one. I know there is a VIP section under "that tent" however the threads for "that tent" run 20 or so pages long, which makes it pretty difficult to find the VIP thread unless you use the search. Furthermore, when you get to the VIP thread it too is 20 or so pages long with nothing to separate it by subject. With a VIP forum there can be an thread for general questions about the VIP section, thread for meeting fellow VIPers, thread for planning activities in VIP... catch my drift?

Kinda like the post in The Other Tent that is for people that have under 300 posts - we are what we are - we are all Inforoosters - some of us are just more dedicated then others - but also - there are bunches that have been around here for 2 or more years too

the original post was dated june 12th of last year, and it seemed like the mods at that time thought it was a good idea, but i guess nothing ever came of it. Im not a VIPer, but i can see how it would be hard to find info about it and a subforum still seems like a good idea...
as for superbek's idea.... ive seen boards like that. nothing too much went on with them, it was pretty much a "random thoughts" board. but that was beside the point... it was more about being able to post there. I wouldnt want to leave people out though or make people with more posts seem like elitists

^^ and that was what I was afraid of....the positive, I thought, would be to weed out people who sign up for the board and sometimes write offensive things, maybe once or twice. but I guess those people just give us fuel for the fire

tis true that beka is a addicted inforooer...she turned me onto it last year. i would be too but i have my own forum to run and have little time for anything else!! pitiful huh.... lol

what if there was a seperate forum for upcoming ROO ticketholders only?
hrm isnt that like most of the forum already? (just playing devils advocate) plus i feel like noone would talk about roo in the other forums? like..everything would be talked about in the seperate forum. and how would it be regulated. how would you prove that you had a ticket? i dunno i dont like this idea, im not a fan of seperation when it comes to this kinda thing but thats my .2c
