good news: airtran will allow me TWO checked pieces of baggage. so that equates to all the essentials in my back pack PLUS a cooler full of (mostly), shall we say, social lubricants.
bad news: i cant bring my little camp stove on the plane. period. so i guess ill be eating kashi and pop tarts all weekend. boring. oh and i dont have my ticket yet. that makes me sad.

Just got home and found a beautiful UPS package leaning against my door. Tickets are here! It feels good to have them in hand finally. Now I have to find out if my group has theres yet. The fun part is still to come. We have 9 people, 3 cars to fit everything and everyone. Oh well, two weeks from today!
