Yeah, DSO was insane last year. dude, i can t believe you slept thruogh bobby and sts9. that was probably the best 6 hours of the entire weekend! Best Ratdog show i have ever seen followed by the best sts9 show i have ever seen.
Lotus would make a sweet thur band, or hell, bring back DSO!
all i know is, good times will definately occur. i just dont want to bust my ass again like i did last year. that kinda sucked. thank god for self medicating. and woozy, who gave me tylenol if i remember correctly ;D
i saw a dude fall HARD! at allgood. right on that steep monster of a hill leading to magnolia circle. it was brutal. he was way quacked up... he laid there moaning for a sec. then picked up what was left of his beer and got up. my buddy said 'your gonna feel that tomorrow' and the dude said he had something to take care of that and stumbled off.
i also saw some dudes trying to get an actual burial coffin full of beer and ice up the grassy part of that hill. near the top they lost control and that thing came down the hill at a high rate of speed. and sine none was killed it was quite entertaining.
and after bisco in 06 there was a guy trying to surf on a wagon down 50 yards of hill into that nasty pond as you leave the stage area. he took some brutal spills too. he had hundereds of spectators cheering and tried 5 or 6 times before he realized he was gonna kill himself damn i have all sorts of falling at all good memories. luckily i have avoided it.

ya, did you see the 3rd stage in the campgrounds??
yah i fell on a bitch of a hill..twisted my ankle, cut up my knee/leg. it was fugly. and the medic dudes were a bunch of a$$holes. but what can you do. and my campsite was about 10ft from that lake. ppl were egging others to jump in all weekend

That hill in front of Magnolia Circle is nothing to fvck around with! It WILL kick your azz....
We walked that bitch everyday! But I still contend, even with the Mag circle hill that Allgood is easier than Roo....
yep id agree with that. but ill never camp down that beast of a hill again. in 06 i lost my crocs at the show and made the walk to as far back on magnolia as you can go barefoot. that was no fun. i have an awesome pic around from thursday in 06. it was super foggy and there was like 50 people going down the hill and they were all leaned back the way you have to to go down that thing. it looked crazy. ill try to find it.
I definitely want to try to camp in the center section off of shakedown this year. I would do Magnolia again if I had to , but would rather be around front!

we got there way too late last year and ended up waiting in line for about 3.5 hours.
Didnt get to ropeadope until two songs left in DSO's first set...I wanna get there early enough to set up and enjoy thursday before the music starts this year...

Right now the plans are to fly, but I would rather ride with someone and split gas costs. It would be cheaper for me, and I can bring all stuff with me.
I would pay half of the gas costs, if you guys were willing to pick me up in Manchester....
I didnt realize we had anyone coming from farther south than me...This would be ideal.
I'm getting super excited about this too. I think it's only about a 4 hr drive for me. Sweet since I'll prolly do it alone, unless I track down an Inforooster to carpool with like yall did. Man, July is gonna Rock!

clarity i have no clue how im getting there yet, its all dependant if i fidn some ppl up here to come with me or if im just gonna go 'alone'.. and if i go to rothbury..man.. i have no clue...so maybee just maybee we can work somethin out .
Well I'm already conviced you're going to Rothbury It's not that I mind driving alone and meeting people there, but its more fun to have someone else in the car with ya-plus saves gas.
