are you definite on the bus mike? i saw when the guy organizing it on pt first was looking for interest and i loved the idea but my usual group wasn't so keen on the price. i recognize i probably could save a little more money by throwing in with them on carpool and hotel but given my recent, ahem, situation this seemed like the safest way to get there/back. however, the main reason i'd take the bus is if i had somewhere to crash when it got back to the city without me having to drive back to my place, or a lot of my safety concern goes out the window.
i haven't decided yet but mike/bec keep me posted i'm still considering the bus.
umm, I actually don't know anymore, my friend told me he was gonna go and could give me a ride, but due to some unforseen circumstances he is no longer going. So I really have no idea how Im getting there. worst comes to worst tho its only like a 5 hour drive. I'll def keep u updated maybe we can carpool or some shit. I dont know but we should talk about it at JOTR or something.

rina is definately going (yay! slowly converting her one day at a time) and the big sell to her is the bus - its just way to convenient for us seeing that we live in the city - so thats how we are going ;D (we just purchased everything! ;D)
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

what time are you guys gettin there? the bus doesnt get us there til 5 which kinda sucks but ill survive. the only thing ill be missing is a bit of toubab. who ive seen 5 or so times anyhew . but it has been a while. also boo to the conflicts

i wish dude, but going to concentrate my energies on lasting all day/night for starscape with a good night sleep that night and saving my neurotransmitter receptors. thinking thats going to end up being the warm-up show they seem to need most of the time and i won't be missing much.
i am definitely getting there in time for toubab and if i get my way sometime beforehand...maybe like 3 or so. really enjoyed just lounging on the beach last year enjoying the chillness of the daytime...especially in contrast to the absolute madness that engulfed the place once night fell

I'll be getting there round 2. Luckily I don't have to drive down after ct so my plan is to sleep the whole car ride. I kinda have the same feeling about the show but I also feel like it could be a real sleeper show because they are playing for free in buffalo on thurs so that might be the warm up. I also think friday might be a more rocking show since sat is def gonna be untztastic

I'm actually having a prob with this also, because I dont want my backpack to be too heavy and I dont wanna be cold at night or too hot during the day.some things I have heard tho is
sandals = not such a great idea or also bring shoes bring chapstick gum sunglasses a lot of smokes two 5 Hour energy shots it gets cold around 430am give or take

i was reading in the email they sent out this morning no backpacks - you think thats BS? most likely but it still said it so im telling you . im gonna wear sandals i think and bring a hoody. not sure what else tho. and definately sunglasses. and blow pops ;D
no backPACK!!! i will be pissed if they enforce that cause there is no way Im carrying my hoodie, my camera and 3 packs of ciggs in my hands the whole time.
