Just started listening to 'Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven', and I really, really like it and would think they would be awesome at Roo. Yes?

Yeah, but do you think GYBE is the kind of band they'd go out of their way to reunite? Sad to say, they are more of a Pitchfork or Coachella band. Plus the band are anarchists, so I doubt they'd do it for money or fame or whatever.
EDIT: But A Silver Mt. Zion would be a very nice alternative...
Gonna have to go with a definite "hell yes" with this one. They used to be one of my favorite bands in high school, and though I don't listen to it too much these days, I've always wanted to see them live.
It's not that Bonnaroo wouldn't love to have them. They played MOEMS, so AC has their number. But have they ever played a festival on the scale of Bonnaroo?
