I like how stum thinks - but replace Talking heads with Pink Floyd - keep the rest and I would be happy
the problem is..its not REALLY LZ without bonham, imo.
just like its not REALLY the dead without jerry..
they were both such a big part of thier sound, and you cant really replicate either one.
Is it really Floyd without Syd? of corse, that could go either way I'd still take it.
i consider floyd post syd to be an entirely different band. switching from one major vocalist/guitarist/songwriter to another has its obvious effects. i much prefer gilmour, imho.
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.
talking heads would make my life complete! but you won't find me complaining if their is no floyd, zepplin, or talking heads. But itd be sweet. Thursday seems like its years away!!!!!!!!

Barrett didn't play on about 90% of Floyd's albums. So it isn't the same thing at all. Honestly, if he was still around Floyd with Barrett would be more odd then having him there.
Led Zep is like the Who without Keith Moon. Then again if anyone was ever born to burn out instead of fading away, it was Moon.
The Dead without Jerry is like the Beach Boys without Brian Wilson. Sure Kokomo was a fun song and all, but....
