These 4 objects were seen and video taped by numerous eye witnesses. They made distinct geometrical patterns in the sky and emitted a red glow for what appeared to be communication.
The U.S. Government has responded by saying that they did not have anything in the air during that time and have no explanation as of yet.

yes...i've seen that article. however, there is footage of an airplane flying very close to where the lights are. i highly doubt the balloons were able to stay together and form those kinds of shapes that high into the sky.

There's no way they were road flares tied to balloons. Maybe if he tied them all together they could possible form geometric patterns, but I doubt it. But he didn't say he tied them together. Apparently there are quite a few of these sightings in Phoenix over the years. There's some more pretty compelling video on the Youtube.
If there truly is alien life out there, I welcome this. I think I probably wouldn't mind if they took over our country. It couldn't be much worse than things are already going right now.

But there certainly have been alot more recently....I mean I know I have heard about alot more in the actual news.....which seems unusual...unless they really think there is nothing else to report on.....Don't get me wrong I enjoy hearing about the impending alien invasion I just think it's unusual that there have been so many lately......or is it just because our society now has such ready access to video/photo capturing?

it seems like they'd have other more advanced methods of avoiding mid air collisions. could be for navigation and observation but im thinking they'd have more advanced/stealthy methods for that too. this is assuming that they dont want to be detected. the only purpose i see for the lights is if they are just showboating or trying to mess with peoples minds.
the balloon flare explantion much more plausible to me.

maybe extra terrestrials would have lights on the outside of their ships for the same reason we've got lights on our airplanes. a collision in the middle of the universe doesn't sound pleasant.
