you ever watch Men In Trees? two of the people on there had this thing about a ring ... the guy gets his girl a beautiful ring and she is thrilled until she finds out he bought it at the sewage plant where they sell things they find in the sewer .. she flipped and hated it until she lost it .... girls .... cr****
I'm a female and I don't get it either. I would prefer to go on a trip, or get a nice camera or something, than have my fiance spend it on diamonds...... Yes I do have a diamond engagement ring but it is the only piece of expensive jewellry that I own.
well - I love my dianmonds - my enagagement ring from Boz was a total surprise - he picked it out all by himself and he got it right.
My push present is a gorgeaous antique mine cut diamond ring that was his stepsister's grandmother's ring and meant alot to his stepsister before she died and therefore meant alot to him - so I am glad and proud that he gave it to me.
