Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Now that we know the lineup (or if you don't believe it you can answer this tomorrow), has it changed your mind to go/not go to bonnaroo?
I know when I FIRST read it, i was like uhhhh maybe i'll wait til next year. But then once I started actually picking out artists I wanted to see, I got excited (plus you can't see every artist). And Once I download tracks from artists I've never listened to (see Tool and WP..yes two of the headliners lol) I'm sure it will be better!

absolutely not.
the leaked lineup looks amazing. i hope it is 100% true. i will be in heaven for 4 days if this happens (if they add moe. i'll probably creem my pants)
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
this lineup without a doubt solidified my choice! The festival itself is more important than the band's. I'm going to be messed up for 75% of the shows i see

What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

im pretty psyched. the more and more i look at it the more excited i get. its gonna be awesome. its cool cause it has a little for everyone too. great late night possibilities. im just really hoping for some moe. duo and mmj. oysterhead if trey is not in the process of getting healthy.
I've been wondering if I should go to Coachella this year. But this line-up is quite amazing. All I need is a few key artist additions and this year will be absolutely unbelievable.

About half of my NEED for yearly Bonnaroo attributes to music. Im a music nut and Im always looking for more. I also just love Bonnaroo itself. The entire atmosphere is just really refreshing. Im a heavy duty optimist so making a decision to go to Roo is always an easy one. Even though I dont thoroughly dig a band like The Police in my mind Im getting to see a somewhat legendary band put on (In a larger picture) a very unique and special performance.
Just being able to stay in the City of Bonnaroo and see even 4 bands I like is worth it not only time wise, but financially aswell.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!

if someone had asked me last year if i would go to Roo if the Police played i would have said "shut up, that's too good to be true" ....so, The Police are enough for me, but....
i also love THE WHITE STRIPES! and my wife loves Dierks Bentley. so we are excited!!
lots of good acts, however i wanted some willie nelson and mars volta and.... WHERE LES CLAYPOOL??
My official stance is that I would be 100% there if 3 of the following 5 were there: Bob Dylan, The Police, Tom Waits, Manu Chao or Bonnie 'Prince' Billy. 2 of 5 ain't bad, and they're not done with additions...

I am really disappointed with the initial line-up but, i'm still planning to attend. There are a few bands that i'm excited about but, overall I think it's looking like the weakest Roo yet. I am not planning on springing for the VIPs this year, though. I just can't see splurging for it this time. I'll just save my money and celebrate extra-hard in "tent-only".

Why not just go to another festival where you like the lineup more?
It's the closest to us and the people there are always the coolest, so I have a weird loyalty to Bonnaroo....you know, for better or for worse. Also, my gf is a federal attorney who has a VERY limited window in wich to take a vacation...and we've already been planning on these dates. While i'm not at all thrilled about the line-up, i'm not going to be one of those people who just b*tch and complain endlessly about it. I dig some of the bands already and I know that i'll discover a few new ones over the weekend but, i'm just not that impressed with initial list. I do hope they add some more groups that I really want to see but, either way, i'm sure i'll have alot of fun. I always do.

I liked the first leaked list very much. I like the second leaked list as much or more for different reasons but with a few "oh my god, where are ________ on that list?" moments.
Come the heat of hades or the floods of Noah, I'm there one way or another. I waited 5 years to go to a festival 50 minutes from my house. What was I, like, thinking? Now it will be a part of June as long as it exists.
Still thinking about it. The line-up does look good but most of the bands on it that interest me are ones I can probably see at a smaller fest. Thats my only problem with Bonnaroo the last couple years. The BIG bands that they get are bands that I could really care less about. I'd definitely check them out if I was there, it's just a lot of money and a long trip for something I'm on the fence about. Tool as a headliner though is going to have me considering this. Looks like an amazing time.
I wasn't sure I was going to go this year but after seeing the lineup I can't miss it. The headliners aren't my favorite but I am sure the shows will be great. Ben Harper and White Strips better not play at the same time though!

I am much more impressed by the initial lineup this year, than last, and I really only ever go to "Jam" concerts, with a little electronica here and there. I was initially thinking of going to 10k lakes, but I can never give up those 4 days on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
I was totally excited about 'roo, but honestly I think Tool is a mistake. They play festivals with people like Metallica, GnR, etc. They do not fit in at 'Roo. Not to mention the fact that I have seen them live and was very disappointed as they completely ignored the crowd and didn't do anything different then their CDs. Not to mention that Maynard remained behind a screen the entire show and never came out. If I wanted to listen to music and not see the people performing it, I would listen to a CD.
I love Wilco. I am hugely disappointed at no Modest Mouse, TV on the Radio, MMJ. Honestly there is only 3 Top Indy/College Radio music group: Wilco, White Stripes, and Flaming Lips. None of these acts are even near a superstar cult following as Indy groups. Last year was full of Indy performers of near Godlike status: Sonic Youth, Radiohead, Stephen Malkmus, and Beck. Not to mention tons of other Indy people with major cred.
I like some Jam bands and all, but I think they are severely lacking in the Indy Rock Cred category. I have a feeling that Lollapallooza is going to have a much better line up. I expect Pumpkins, Modest Mouse, and some other major acts to be there.
