I believe it's set up to accept mulitple responses from the same person. I base this more on the fact that there have been more votes than voters than on my recollection of setting this up all those years ago.
Tried. It didn't work on either mobile or desktop versions. My vote will just have to stay "to feed my obsession"... but just know, I fit in every other category as well.
