Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This time next week I will be getting ready to see the Roots and Erykah Badu (5th Row!) in San Diego and then departing to Roo first thing in the morning. Can't get here soon enough!
Exactly this time next week, I should be doing the finishing touches on my packing, before (maybe, hopefully not) heading out to work. I will come back from work, and pull an all nighter partying and stuff. Go to bed late, so as to sleep through more of Wednesday, then meet up with the comrades late afternoon, hanging for a little while longer, then heading out towards Manchester around 8 or 9.
We plan on chilling at Wal Mart for a while, early Thursday.
[quote\] we got lucky. The guy at the bus depot was an idiot. Nice enough guy, but an idiot none the less. Greyhound Canada is so out of date, the actually look up the milage you are travelling in a book and it says what the rate is beside it. Plus, the tickets are hand written. So yeah, without any computers, there's a decent amount of room for human error. When he was adding up the cost, he forgot to add the return fare. The tickets were supposed to cost $252 (still not bad). Either way, I have the tickets, paid for, stamped and approved. There's nothing they can do now.
I think non computerized Greyhound tickets is specific to Winnipeg and not Canada...I've taken the bus in Montreal, Toronto, Quebec, Halifax, and Saint John, New Brunswick and everytime it has been a computer generated ticket. Regardless, you got a great deal.

there was massive confusion. I've gotten printed tickets before but this dude seemed to think this was the best way. I denno. I'm not going to complain
At this time next week I will be hanging out with my two boys, and after they go to bed packing my trunk with the last of the goods! We are leaving by noon on Wednesday from Minnesota!!! We always drive straight to Nashville, stop and eat with a few cold beers, stop at the LQ and then get in the line at ROO!!! WOOHOO! It's always great to go back home!!!
I'll be on the second leg of the drive, headed for TN. Man it's a long drive from Montreal...but the drive is going to big a big part of the experiance! ;D
One week from right now I should be 2 hours away from our Wed. night hotel. Man, I hope we have time for a swim and a nice big fat ass dinner before sleep!

This time next week I'll be wrapping up my day at Dollywood, saying goodbye to my fiancee and her family, and heading to see my buddy in Knoxville for beers and hot-tubbing, a good night's sleep, and final arrangements to head to the Roo in the morning. Hell yea!
Dude, I seriously can't concentrate on anything but bonnaroo right now. . .It's to the point where I'm poking myself in the eye with foreign objects. . . I think I just need to be sedated until Tuesday. . . . Dystopian Dream
Most likely standing on the front porch, tapping my foot, looking at my watch and waiting impatiently for my friends to get here already!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

nice to know that you are impatient and nice to know that Cheffie should get there about the same time as us
in one week, my bus will be pulling into Fargo. From there, we have a 6 hour bus ride to St. Paul, another 8 to Chicago then a little under 12 hours to Nashville. I have a feeling after this trip, I'm never taking a Greyhound again. But on the other hand, $126 round trip sure beats $700 for airfare.
That's less than I'll spend on gas and I'm only coming from one state over.
