I heard about it the first year, but didn't have the $$ to go. A friend came back telling all kinds of stories, and I knew I had to check it out. This will be my second 'roo and I can't wait!!! Less than a month and a half now.... ;D ;D ;D ;D
This is my first 'Roo, but the first 2 were so great that even a 54 yr old,like me, heard of it on the grapevine. This has become the new Woodstock in its own unique way.
This will be my third roo, but I remember several months before the first one someone told me about some festival in the South with all these great bands, so I got on the net and found about it. The rest is herstory!

now I'm a mid-thirty something school teacher that rode out the last wave of Jerry and the boys, and have tried to keep up here and there, but haven't been to a festival in......a long time. I was just surfing around and saw the artist line-up, looked at my wife, and she she said "hey you and Neil should go to that, it sounds like fun" so I got tix that night, and here I wait patiently for the school year to end, and for Xanadu to arrive...first time and totally psyched!! ;D
