hi there!
seems like a lot of people are electing to hold of on going back to Bonnaroo for now. Im curious to see what names on the lineup would get you to buy a Roo ticket again.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
I will probably be there regardless, but I'd love to see some Neil Young, Radiohead, and Phish as the headliners. I'd also like to see the Flaming Lips and MMJ return and I doubt it would happen but I must see Sigur Ros again sometime in my life!
I'll be there no matter what most likely but seeing names like The Smiths, Outkast, David Byrne, Neil Young, Phish, The Dead, Radiohead, Bowie, At The Drive In, Cake, or Daft Punk on the lineup wouldnt hurt.

I believe two of those bands won't be reuniting any time soon.

Honestly, if they were selling 2009 tickets at the gates on the way out last year, I would have bought one without a second thought... and as far as the lineup, I'd actually be fine if the 1st time I saw it was when they handed me the schedule on the way in next year.
I'm down to check out pretty much anything at least once, but I doubt any other festy is ever going to make me feel quite that way
Unfortunately Michigan is the place dreams go to die. ;D
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo...... SNAP!
as for bonnaroo09.... i'll be there. they would have to actually offend me with their lineup for me not to go....
i'd like to see a good thursday. last year was cool... i saw back door slam>mgmt>battles>vampire weekend.... that was super fun.... i'd like to see M83 on a thursday...
EDIT: goes without saying that i'd like to see the one and only mr. jim james back on the farm

i love bonnaroo and i live within a reasonable distance (6-7 hours). the only thing that will really keep me from going is if i intern this coming summer far away from roo.
but yeah any of my favorite bands (ween, primus, FLips, praxis, radiohead, sts9) would make me so really excited. only a few more months till the lineup, which is going to seem a lot longer in january.
The only thing I really need to go back is a group of friends willing to have a good time. I trust with 100+ bands there will be something that I like.
/This doesn't mean it's ok to get RHCP. They sucks balls live.
