^^^ yea i shut my phone off after i arrived (while actually it died) but i lkept it off just because it is my time away from everything, if my friends or family wants to talk to me during Bonnaroo 09 they better come there with me

This is true. I pretended it was another decade by doing the Charleston on the way back to camp one night. Right before I showered. Or pretended to. Maybe I'll dress up as a flapper all weekend next year. That would be awesome. Wait. Where am I? What thread is this? Finals are messing with my brain, man!

i dont know which number it should be, but i definitely think the "Guest Factor" should be in the top 10. Where else can you see Tom Morello jam onstage with tool for a 20 minute lateralus, or JPJ with Ben Harper for an amazing Dazed and Confused???

Yeah I did not understand why he got so upset - all i was trying to do was point out that there was really no way to narrow it down to a top 10 list

We now have 10 good reasons, time to organize everything.
10. Bonnaroo is a place where no one cares what you look like, act like (as long as its not shady).......or smell like & You can pretend you're in another decade (1970s) and not shave, shower, or dress. You can also pretend about other things. Your imagination is the limit.
9. Activities around the clock at all hours.
8. Silent Disco and the comedy tent
7. Feel free to make your own art, participation is encouraged.

5. Superjam and Random guest appearances
4. You can forget about all the other crap going on in the world for a while.
3. Late night sets are spectacular.
2. Extended sets beat all the other festivals.
1. Your experience is completely up to you, and it can be anything you want it to be. Feel free to chose your destiny. Everyone will have a different experience.
So thats my take, feel free to reorganize it or add some more reasons.

5. Prolonged sun exposure after a dark, cold New england winter. 4. Diverse, quality music, all the time 3. Late night sets 2. For four days, I leave my 9-5 boring office life for what feels like a different (much better) planet. 1. For four days, the no-no words become yes-yes words for me. (Not in college anymore, gotta be good during the rest of the year, for the most part anywyas)

lol, well you did kinda call him a douchebag. Not that that's any reason to be scared away from the internets or anything. We've all been called much worse on here I'm sure.
10. random campground encounters 09. Brooers tent 08. Ferris wheel 07. 24/7 entertainment (err... 24/4) 06. Panic usually plays 05. Shakedown street 04. the portajohns are cleaned rather frequently 03. blinkys 02. drumz 01. music
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
10. Cute girls will flirt with you even though it's 90° Fahrenheit and you haven't bathed in three or four days. 09. There's so much good music going on, you have to seriously debate about whether to pursue something with said cute girls, or to just catch another set. 08. You get to see so much crazy stuff that by Sunday, you don't even bat an eye at the ridiculous costumes or the super messed up wooks. 07. There are a bunch of surprise sit-ins that you will never see anywhere else (Kirk Hammett and My Morning Jacket? Eddie Vedder and Jack Johnson? John Paul Jones, ?uestlove and Ben Harper? Woweee!) 06. Shakedown Street is full of delicious food as well as some beautiful arts and crafts. 05. You don't have to go looking for corn, as corn will find you. 04. Mostly everyone there is kind and friendly. 03. The farm itself is a very beautiful piece of land. 02. Glowstick wars are fun to watch, especially if you're... you know. 01. Even if there are no shows you want to see at a certain time, there are a hundred other ways to keep yourself entertained.
hot weather, sweaty, beautiful, smiling people and plenty of euphoria, on a farm with thousands of people all congregated for one 4-day Festival filled with Peace, love and whatever else your heart desires, while running around bare foot and buzzed with no CARES, WORRIES or TROUBLES
that is 1-10 for me, OH and of course, all you lovely infoRooers!
