Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I just finished listening to all 3 shows from this weekend. I was pretty impressed. While some songs are not quite up to full speed, I think they will be there by Bonnaroo. Whoever said Page was MVP nailed it. He sounded great. I can't wait for Roo.

You can download for free in MP3 format last weekends shows but only for a limited time @livephish.com
downloading them now....Im really trying to make a conscious effort to get into Phish before Roo. We'll see how that goes
They are great shows but..............
I can completely see you still not fully get into them until you see them. In 95 I had a ticket to see them for the first time. I had heard there music but still didnt see what the big deal was. So I skipped it. I saw them in 97 for the first time and I am still trying to find the pieces of my mind that was completely blow away.

This thread suddenly became hypocritical, analogous, offensive, retarded, anti-drug and as energetic as the front lines at Normandy, all in a couple pages. Good job, phans. You're officially more entertaining than Phish's music.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it

^i guess page and i are gonna have to duel it out now^
and just for the record. im offended by everyone being offended . THIS IS THE PHISH AT ROOO THREAD. not some open talk jab thread in the other tent. if your gonna bicker back in forth...pm or find a suitable thread
AND THE KEYTAR PAGE HAD!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ON A STICK!!! and we almost blew the top off the mothership when everyone was screaming !!
^Phish has had trouble with communities in the past/police departments etc. By making an effort, it keeps additional heat off the scene going forward.
exactly. this is about the long haul! i debated on bringing some corn for like two weeks leading up to it. decided against it. didnt even try looking for shit down there. nothing was keeping me from these shows. what a blast it was.
Sounds pretty ignorant to me. Good luck with that. I sure as heck hope you don't drink alcohol or take any kind of prescription medication. That would be hypocritical.
Why, because one is completely legal in this country and the other isn't? I respect your position, and it's not even like I have a problem with the legalization of certain substances, but I'm saying if you do something illegal you shouldn't moan over getting arrested for it. That's an utterly simple truth; nothing ignorant or hypocritical about it.
And thanks for the smite. I knew it was coming, so it's nice to get it over with.
I disagree that you can't complain about being arrested. You can. It's fundamental to the discussion. We have to remember that it was once illegal for black people to eat in white establishments. I'm certainly not equating the civil rights movement with druq use, but under your philosophy, Rosa Parks got what she had coming, dig? The laws are unjust and this is worth commenting on.
I noticed that you avoided the question about your stance on prescription druqs and alcohol. I'm just going to assume that you are not against those right? Because they're legal right? I would say that the law is a terrible benchmark for determining right and wrong.

So there is a pretty glaring error in this article. The Grateful Dead did not play that Hampton show he references. I am pretty sure it was some band called The Wizards.
Sorry if I am missing out on something here but the dead did play that night. It was legendary two night show. Did the play under the name The Warlocks?
