uuummmmmmmm the tweet said, "Stuck inside the mobile with the Knoxville blues again, won't be there." In other words, Bob Dylan won't be there. I thought that was pretty cut and dry.

I don't see how.
even if the clue suggests that Bob Dylan won't be at MSG on May 3rd, that doesn't translate into Dylan at 'roo. The clue says that there is overlap between those playing Seegar's birthday party, and playnig 'roo. If Dylan isn't playing the party, then the clue gives us no information about him.
Moreover, a near exact quote of a Bob Dylan lyric would not be a clue that Bob Dylan was going to be at Bonnaroo. Just like that one clue wasn't for Van Morrison, nor was "Clouds Taste This Way" about the Flaming Lips.

It's also important to note that several of the bands playing at that event have already been confirmed for Bonnaroo.

Literacy helps in deciphering the clues.
ummmmm.....chill out man - no one even said he was going to be there! Please don't let our fun speculating make you so sassy!

Seriously, these clues may not even be clues let us have our fun.

I have fun no matter what, even though some people are annoyed by others being silly and fun, I don't really care! I am not hurting anyone, and I like to be positive. If I want to speculate where Dylan is on the date of that Seeger show, I will do so! I'm a very curious person! We shouldn't take the board so seriously, just have FUN!!!!! I too am obsessed with this board, but I think it's a fun thing to be obsessed over year after year!!!

I would like to be realistic and have articulate discussions about what these clues could actually mean. The intellectual quality and resourcefulness of this board has plummeted as of late. We went from an intelligent community to an idiot factory over the past few months here. I'm not opposed to "having fun" or "being positive," but I don't think those things should come at the expense of being realistic.
djjdfarmhound: Ballad of Cable Hogue and Bring Me The Head of Alfredo Garcia. Can't believe these were done by the same producer.
these were the tweets I woke up to this afternoon. Don't know if they mean anything. The 1st one is a link to an article about Bruno getting its rating lowered.

The only thing I could think of with Bruno would possibly be cinema tent. The movie doesn't come out until July 10th, so possibly an early screening like Wayne Coyne did last year with Christmas on Mars? I don't know how direct djjd would be with clues for cinema or comedy stuff, so it's a possibility.

SO - it really annoys you that much that I am wondering for a post or two where Dylan is playing? Just out of curiosity? I'd rather read a post like that then one that is openly leaving an insult anyday. This isn't life or death, it's BONNAROO!!! No one at Roo would be annoyed about someone dancing to their own beat in life, why does this board piss people off so much anyway!!!??? Now - instead of this being an easy post about one thing, or three posts, it's one of these create-an-argument situations, which in MY opinion is what this board could do without! BTW I think it is a great thing that everyone on here has ideas galore, and that people are so open minded with their thoughts on clues. So what if someone posts something and you go "that makes no sense"....at least they are thinking and trying. There are a ton of people who figure stuff out before the regular people who do (and I THANK YOU to the regular wise people on here who figure out most things....like Sangreal for example - where would we be without him?). This is a fun place to me, even when I see a post that doesn't seem like it leads to anything, just reminds me to think in more directions. ANYWAY - THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU who share this board every five minutes of every day with each other!!! Detective, you are one of those super good people at finding things a lot also - and THANK YOU TOO!!! Just lighten up a bit and enjoy it more, K? I apologize if this makes you mad, it's not intended to make anyone mad!

Don't know what connection the Bruno article could have.
"Ballad of Cable Hogue" and "Alfredo Garcia" were both directed by Sam Peckinpah...and he produced "Cable Hogue", but I can't figure out if he also did "Alfredo Garcia."
Calexico has a song called "Ballad of Cable Hogue." I guess that could mean something.

THIS would be hilarious! Who saw Wayne last year? I was at Sigur Ros, and saw Christmas on Mars @ 10klf, but I was a bit sorry I didn't see Wayne present it at Roo....was the presentation short and sweet or did he have a lot to say?

I really love Calexico - nice thinking!!!
I just saw Calexico last night here in Tucson, their hometown. After the show I stayed on the rail and got a setlist from Joey Burns, the lead singer/guitarist. He commented on my Bonnaroo shirt and I asked if they would ever be back to Bonnaroo. He said something along the line of "definitely, thats one of the best festivals, we will be back sometime." Interpret as you will.
Wow I didn't even check their tour dates that's cool. The show last night was great they have so much energy and the audience loves them because a lot of them knew about Calexico before people knew them thanks to KXCI the great local community radio station.
I don't know, but on The Dirty_Guvnahs twitter page if you put the name in twitte the your entered to win thier CD. So, maybe it's nothing. I have no clue.

I think sometimes he just puts out stuff we already know to converse, and make us crazy! Now we will all be waiting for more Tweets all day, and all tomorrow....along with announcements tomorrow....and then if they don't come we will do the same on Thursday. Infocrack indeed!
