out of jones beach, mansfield and camden, which show do you think will be easiest to try to get tickets for tomorrow? and which has the bigger capacity?
Only go to Camden as a last resort if you can't get tickets to any other show. Camden's amphitheater is the worst venue I've ever been to. The sound sucks there (especially in the seated part, it's slightly better on the little patch of lawn they have) and it's located in the ghetto of a city that has ranked in the top 5 worst crime rate cities for the past few years (#1 for some of those years).
that's the plan. camden and mansfield are exactly the same distance away from me. A minute difference on mapquest. Too bad that will probably be the easiet to get tickets for. If i miss jones beach and mansfield ill be pretty desperate and take what i can get though
they were complete pricks last year... when it switched to comcast, they decided to actually start enforcing the open container laws. and of course, the usual busting people for corn.
this year, no busting for corn (you can get a fine - but they cant demand an id - so just say you're barney rubble). it will be interesting if they try to bust people for having beers again. the rule has always been "red cup - okay".... people were PISSED about it - to the extend that on ticketmaster, the comcast center had a special notice saying the new rules were not from their sponsorship.
anyway, dont mean to detract - and it would be awesome to meet anyone from inforoo who is there. maybe we could meet up outside the venue and drive in together... mini camp inforoo
