Here's the clue and everything Farmhound and Zimmy said about it so far.
you will actually find this clue in the analog world, not the digital one ...in one of two jeans pockets where ladies venture not
Twitters relating to six, in chronological order: I am trying to talk DjjD1 out of the idea for clue #seis (creo que si es seis)
More on CLUE SAAYS. The bbq place in Knoxville on mag may be your only hope of solving this one. Could be most difficult clue yet.
wolfman on bbq trail which may lead him to JOHN DENVER! (maybe)
clue sesi is going to be partially analog
my spanish is poor, but sesi isn't spanish
heard somebody say sesi once in Kaunas.
today is the day- tres clues, one especially for the hombres. Still tweaking as I tweet. Number six is kind of twick or tweet
Sometime after 5, comes 5. Then 6. The latter changes the rules a bit.
Watch Lost Closely Tonight. Farmhand is saying he'll big mining that one. Though half of what he says is suspect.
My instinct sez: 6 only partially solve-able. Until Thursday or Friday. And possibly by only one person, at first.
Zimmies referring to six: the rumors are true about the 6 clue and has nothing to do with actual BBq
not dixon, not buddys
And DJJD had the following to say in posts on this board:
CHANDLER- your help may be needed for seis. (see Chandler's post below - thanks Chandler! Parenthethetical is mine, nit DJJD's.)
Hound realizes that six will require special help beyond the reality of what most people can invest in terms of solving it. Methinks hound is over-helping. But, he was in the Boy Scouts, so whattay expect? Sometimes I think hound's tail is wagging the dawg. Now, I wanna be yer dawg.
In Knoxville, on Magnolia Ave, theres a Chandler's Deli, which apparently is a BBQ place.
"Wolfman on BBQ trail which may lead him to JOHN DENVER...."
I dont if it has to do with anything, but obviously, given my location...I go to West Virginia University, and this city is damn near obsessed with "Country Roads" (Its played all the time up here, during football games, and after every home win since like 1975)
So I don't....know....I feel like I should know more.

Analog could mean it is very winding or open to interpretation like an analog wave as opposed to more straight forward (c'mon...have any of these things been that black and white to start with?!?) like a digital wave
Perhaps the follow ups to it being so impossibly hard is a hint towards the band. I mean, think about it, the clues thus far haven't been black and white. Last year they were incredibly easy on most cases ("The clouds taste like this:")... but why would he make a special case of this?

I will put money on it that it is Erykah Badu. She always says how she's an analog girl in a digital world or something like that....at least I hope it is.

But Erykah Badu is already confirmed, essentially. I wouldnt want a clue about someone that we already know is there.

wouldn't you know it...magnolia is the only street in downtown knoxville that isn't included in google street view. There is roadwork after Marie's old towne tavern.

Perhaps "in one of two jeans pockets where ladies venture not" is referring to the back jeans pockets. Women rarely would use them, but men typically keep their wallets there.
I also think that maybe what they said, "you will actually find this clue in the analog world, not the digital one ...", is actually telling us that were we will find the clue
Just wanted to give everyone one more theory to consider.
This clue feels suspiciously like a scavenger hunt type of deal.
Exactly. We might as well all relax and take it one step at a time. We will not be guessing the final answer from the clue he gave us tonight. It isn't even the clue - it's a clue of where we will find the clue. Pocket watch fits it, so we should maybe try to see where that leads with the other hints he's given, while waiting for him to finish watching Lost and write us a hint about that. Trying to put a band with the clue we have as if it's the final answer seems like the wrong approach - it won't be the final answer, unless by dumb luck.
The Analog vs. Digital part of the clue does not seem to actually be the clue... I think it means we have to actually look for the clue in real life... instead of looking for it online.
In fact, I think we only have a clue to find the clue as of right now. However, if WVU is the location of the clue, then I might be able to help out as well. If not... well, then I guess whoever is nearby is going to need to get it.
