Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
its best to hide them under whatever clothing you've got on and then crack them and go crazy once your inside... they didnt reallyl seem to mind last yer i found, but my first year they were pretty strict, and it was so sad to see all the glowsticks confiscated and being wasted just inside centeroo.
I was thinking about dressing up as Batgirl one night, myself. We should run around the festival asking if anyone had seen the other. That would freak people out.
Oh wow. I love that idea. Lets stay in communication, ya? It'd be even better if the Jokers from halloween carried over to 'roo, but a Joker outfit would be so hot. I wouldn't expect to see one at bonnaroo.
I'm kinda bummed. I was excited about making a homemade costume, but I found this on ebay. It's made out of greenman material and the company that sells it tailors each costume according to your specifications for only $45. I think it looks too good to pass up.
This is going to be a Super Roo! (Suburu? HA!.....Where am I?)
This is the Batgirl costume that inspired me and I may end up buying this particular one if I can't find a better one somewhere else. It'll most likely be back in stock before Roo and other websites always have the exact same crap.
A joker outfit could work if it were the nurse version. I didn't see ANY of the nurse Jokers for Halloween and I was totally bummed. Mostly because I was doing a shot every time a new Joker walked into the bar and two shots if it was a nurse version. I got super drunk that night.
That Robin costume is a steal. DO IT!
I just had a thought. I need to get back on a treadmill to get in jogging/running shape because I don't think it would be possible for me to be Batgirl and not constantly be running. There's too much energy in that costume to just walk everywhere!

Dressed up as Flavor Flav last year, I may do the same thing this year. Honestly, it depends on how hot it gets. I did get tons of cred for donnning the old horns and clock.

I agree...running around is a must in those costumes...especially if you're going to wear the capes.
Telling you know, the easiest way to get on the roo DVD is to wear a costume, but something original and current. Last year, I had to sign three different waivers and was on The bonnaroo 08 DVD, Fuse and a live set with Jim Norton.

I have 4 months to get in shape so I can wear my caveman gettup. I think the, i guess I'm going to call it the loin skirt, would be an excellant answer to the june heat. I think I can do it this year (last few years "bonnaroo body" didn't work out, heh, literally) But now I have a gym membership and a wii fit that makes fun of me till i excersize so it might happen this year. Me & Robin iz gunna be showin some legs.
i think everyone that plans on going to Animal Collective's set needs to dress up as their favorite animal. if just 1/5 of that crowd was in animal costumes it would be an amazing experience for all.

I think that is all kinds of awesome.....although my favorite animal is a panda and I am pretty sure I would clash with the panda guy in the band....which reminds me, there was this guy last year with a panda hat, it was all furry and panda-like I have been searching for it all year with no luck, anyone know what I am talking about or know where I can find one?

It might start some kind of Panda war or something and that's just no good...
He might get jealous of my panda awesomeness....or we could bond and magical times would be had by all....who knows.....if I can find this hat we'll find out

I'm thinking wings every night. I never get super close to any show (unfounded fears of being crushed to death) so I don't think they will be an anyone's way.
Oh, and wands and glittery fairy dust to give to people.
