Haha, thanks! I'll be there, and so will the cookies! This time though I will make more of an effort to warn people so that no one gets taken by surprise again...

I will show up on time and actually speak to people. I went last year, but laid low. Said nothing. I met Bunny though. I also didn't introduce myself as fishingmaniac. I'm shy. ;D I'll bring Glacier Bays. If you don't know what those are it's because I invented them at roo last year. They get you drunk.

Yum! Save me a couple! ;D
I usually have to bail early on the brunch due to the Press Orientation being scheduled about an hour into it...but put me down for a bottle of champagne in honor of Bunny....and I'm still working on bringing Bunny! ;D If I get REALLY motivated I'll bring my home-made salsa again this year.....

Lol, I was sitting next to a girl that was turning down corn left and right but had a cookie, not knowing what kind of cookies they were.
I ran into her a few days later at the Yonder Mountain show, and she asked me for a "corn cob holder" !

So I'm just looking for more info on this also cause this seems like it would be a blast from what I have heard.....
I was wondering if there are requirements to camp in Camp Inforoo(no rookies, you have to have a connect), also where that may be, or is it just as open as the rest of the place?
And, If I cant camp with the cool kids, I'm super interested in the brunch, to put some faces on names, maybe find some folks from round here(TN area,Memphis)and I know I can make some killer brownie treats and just wanna share the Roo experience...

At the moment - I think Camp Inforoo will be in the upper right corner of tent only. Someone??? Am I right - i thought that is what roofan posted somewhere.
And as for the brunch - the more the merrier - no definate details yet but it is normally (has been in the past) on Friday
Yeah megs right, I guess we will have Camp in the same spot as it was last year. Looking at the bonnaroo map, Camp Inforoo will be in the farthest top righthand corner of Tent Only.
It worked out well last year. Everyone having a common reference point to shoot for.
I will be at Camp by 1:00 PM on Thursday with the flag flying, but last year Leo made it over before me and had his flags flying. (I wonder if Dr Leo plans on coming this year....Havent seen him around in a while)
But yeah, thats the gist of it, you dont need any credentials to Camp at Camp Inforoo, hell you dont even need to be on the website, we have people in the past just wander up and camp with us cause we are the coolest group at the roo, of course.
Just bring your stuff and camp, and if you dont have all you need, you will be covered I am sure. we had the helping hand program that one year that worked out great!
Damn, I am already looking forward to it, come on June!

You know I believe I saw the flag last year, but I was with a newbie who knew nothing about Inforoo, so I skipped it. However, I will show up this year. I think ill make a batch of brownies or something to bring as a gift perhaps.
I've been too shy to join the past two years (regardless of what my thing says...I've been on the board since 2006, I'm interested to know why it says otherwise) but if I'm welcomed I'd really love to check it out this year!
And bring any goodies requested of me. I was thinking tequila and tomato juice :-)
I'll try to make it again this year. I went last year but was really too shy to say much to anyone. I did bring the bagels though! I'll find something to bring again this year as time gets closer...

Yeah Brunch definatly sounds like a plan....other than the traditional brownies, what's some other good concoction...I was thinking maybe a whole cake, or donuts.....suggestions?
I've never been to bonnaroo so I was wondering how long of a walk it is from the car camping to the tent only.....cause I really want to go to the brunch!

You could be 1 minute away or 30 minutes. But you have to go past tent only to get to Centeroo anyway so you should come.
