For the first time in my life I'm not single, and here's the perfect opprutunity to party, totally let go and get wild, and "meet" new people. I'm going to bonnaroo by myself too.... Oh well I must be a good girl. I wish you all luck!

Bonnaroo= 1000's of gorgous women who all love great music and know how to chill... all gathered together in the only place in America where hooking up seems to be no more than just another annoying distraction. (Though a quick make-out session at the top of the Ferris Wheel late at night? Yeah, I think I wouldn't mind doing that for a few minutes... moving immediately back to more music of course

I think it would be the best thing in the world to meet my future wife at Bonnaroo. That would be quite the story to tell the kids ;D
I feel as though that might classify under one of those "Son, I'll tell you about it when you're older" stories. I still haven't actually heard any of those stories...

do it ya'll !
If a pretty girl told me to kill my mother, I'd do it. It's my weakness.
JR I'm 20 now, I'll be 21 at roo. I am a student. I'm going to school for journalism. I write. A lot. I love it. And I can't control it sometimes. Drink occasionally and smoke too many cigarettes, not enough green. 6'0'', 155
Shows I really want to see this year: Sigur Ros Iron & Wine Gogol Bordello Broken Social Scene !!! The Mars Volta Battles Minus The Bear Ghostland Observatory Rilo Kiley Vampire Weekend
Post by MickStPeter on Feb 15, 2008 3:59:43 GMT -5
well i guess if i'm going to demand that ya'll do it! I should too so ya'll don't have to search for my old post I'm a student as well (seems like a career student) rhetoric and composition ... aka I write a lot of mundane bull-honkey I'm 21 I don't drink very often ... probably should more than I do, I smoke cigarettes entirely too much, and haven't partaken in any other smoking in a loooooong time with really no excuse as to why Five shows I refuse to miss this year Sigur Ros Iron & Wine The Mars Volta Broken Social Scene aaaaaaannnnnnnddd?.... I want to finally dance at the silent disco

What made you choose rhetoric and composition? Of all the language arts, I would think most would go for rhetoric and composition last. Then again, I'm thinking of switching to linguistics, so I don't have much to say. Other than I'd like to see some shows with you.
Post by MickStPeter on Feb 15, 2008 4:24:13 GMT -5
Hey your from michigan neeto, i'm headed there after roo... (my family is from there... but they have disowned me due to the accent) Oh right the whole rhetoric thing... yeah I'm actually going into linguistics... speaking of which this board is totally distracting me from the real reason i'm up at 4am... which is to work on my arabic... but i would totally be up for a meetup at a show

Ah, I see. I have family in the Grand Rapids, Lansing, Midland area. Somewhere in that general direction of Mt. Pleasant.
I always hold up my hand when talking about Michigan, which makes me wonder if people from Italy show what part of their boot they're from...
