Back in my younger days at parties at my house we would have an "Epantsipation Proclamation" and everyone took their pants off. By everyone I mean it was mostly just a bunch of drunk college guys standing around playing beer pong/darts in their boxer shorts.

We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Going back and re-reading some of my favorite conversations I've ever had on this board. This is particularly funny because I still talk to this guy and we hang out about once or twice a month still. This was the Emperor's New Groove Disney movie date guy... Last time he came over we watched Futurama, the time before that we watched Bob's Burger's... His music taste still sucks but he's a nice enough guy.............
In the world of kpowers moves are made swiftly. The movie quickly becomes background noise.
Especially if we are talking about the "hey wanna come over for a netflix night" kinda deal. The first time I did that we watched the full thing and I just felt like the whole time we were both awkwardly thinking about when and how the hookup would start.
HAHAHA. I think that this is probably what was going through both of our heads too. But like I said, it didn't happen that night. It happened this morning. Totally didn't think we were going to hook up, it didn't feel like it was heading that way. I mean, he stayed the night because we were both pretty drunk, but it really wasn't with those intentions. The most we did while we watched the movie was make out a bit. We also watched two movies back to back, so the "hook up" awkwardness kinda faded...
1karen1, I think that we will probably go out again. We had a good time. We had dinner then went out to a bar and just talked, came back to the house, watched movies, fooled around a bit, passed out. It was a nice night. And the fooling around followed by morning sex today wasn't half bad He doesn't like the same music as me though, like at all. I don't want anything serious, so that's ok. But if I were looking for an actual relationship, he wouldn't make the cut.
Another one of my favorite conversations from this thread:
