Personally, I really don't think this is a good idea.
I really hope people are careful and considerate in how they're going about this. Whatever information you guys want to offer up to one another is your biz, but put a little thought into it before you go giving out your phone number to a bunch of relative strangers on a message board.
PLEASE DON'T POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER OPENLY IN THIS THREAD OR ANYWHERE ON THE BOARD!
some people in the 'mingle if youre single' thread are/were all about this idea. just using this as a way to communicate and possibly meet-up/hang-out during Roo.
if you dont want in please dont trash the thread. if you do simply PM the info.
if anyone has a better/safer/whatever way or idea about how to go along with this please feel free to give your input.
and yes. DO NOT POST YOUR NUMBER OPENLY IN THIS THREAD UNLESS YOU JUST DONT CARE.
if you want inforoo'ers to have your number to hit you up for meet-ups at the Roo or before, then PM me your number. ill add it to the list. then about a week or so before Roo (unless yall think it should be earlier) i will mass mail the numbers list to everyone who signed up.
really not that big of a deal. i posted my number on Offtopic (which is a top ten largest online forum.) i did it for the sheer fact i wanted crazy texts/calls. i maybe got 15-20 over 3 days, then nothing.

^^^ I'd never do such a thing. I thought that would be the best number besides the operator for getting in touch with people. Don't they have tabs on everyone?

I hope the next time I move I get a real easy phone number, something that's real easy to remember. Something like 222-2222. And then people would say, "How do I get a hold of you?" I'd say, "Just press two for a while. And when I answer, you will know you have pressed two enough."
