First timer here. My friend and I will be leaving from eastern Ohio, near Wheeling WV, and I think it's around a 9 hour drive. We'll be going through Cbus/Nati and would love to meet up with a caravan and camp near fellow Buckeyes if at all possible. We're pretty flexible about travel time too.
Coming from the nasty nati. Driving down Wednesday night. Going in for the BFE Wed night camp whenever we get there then hiking into tent only. We're totally up for a caravan. Send me a message if you're interested.

this is my EXACT plan. what part of cincinnati are you from? we (my brother and i) haven't decided on an exact time to leave for BFE Wednesday--you?

We're leaving Tuesday from Cleveland area (Akron), splitting the trip into two days only because I would like to avoid another Bonnaroo love bus inferno. Will likely stay in Kentucky or Cinci. Going into BFE RV section Wed night if anyone is interested.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Hey everyone! My friend and I are looking for a ride. We both live in Columbus and go to Ohio State. We can leave anytime after 5pm Wednesday, sooner if we must. We love making friends! Let me know if you think you can help us.

just an fyi for people not sure about when they plan on leaving for or arriving at bonnaroo in 2011...
this is directly from bonnaroo.com's fest 411 tab under FAQ's:
When can we arrive? When do we have to leave?
This year, Bonnaroo will open Wednesday evening June 8th, 2011 to allow more time for vehicles to enter the campgrounds. The parking lot and campground will open at about 7:00 PM on Wednesday and will close around 3:00 PM on Monday. Historically, the longest delays for arriving attendees have occurred from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, so consider these peak delay times when you plan your trip. Come early and get ahead of the crowd!

me and my friend will be leaving from the youngstown area, so we'll be passin through columbus and cinci. we're lookin for someone who can do some of the driving to share the trip with us. we've got the expenses covered, but only one of us has a license so we need a third person.

Our group will be anywhere from 2-7 people this year, mostly first timers...we're taking 2 vehicles and leaving Columbus probably Wednesday morning or afternoon and going in late Wednesday evening. Last year a couple of us camped in BFE and didn't mind the walk at all so we don't care much about our spot.
The taxis they have really help out if you're in BFE and can't deal with the walk...
Either way, let me know if anyone wants to caravan or already has one we can figure out a schedule with...it would be sweet to have a huge Ohio camp community all side by side! Hit me up hopefully we can all work something out.

I would love to camp near fellow Ohioans! My schedule is pretty flexible but leaving early afternoon would work best for me, if possible. These next 48 days better fly by.
I met up with a bunch of folks (30 cars in total) who met for the first time at Wally World and camped together last year. I am sure we have room for others in the group. Look us up on FB at Lonerooers. It would be nice to have fellow buckeyes join the group.
My best friend and I are leaving Cleveland, OH around 10am on Wednesday the 8th. I would be down with finding out a way to coordinate a large Ohio caravan into Roo. I'm planning on camping in Pod 1 in BFE and arriving Wednesday night between 7-9PM

Aw man. Good luck with that. if you can't find anyone, try breaking it up into a two-dayer. Or take a break in Nashville for a couple of hours:)
My friend and I are driving from Akron-Canton area Early Wednesday to meet up with friends from Atlanta. We plan on camping with our cars. Real chill people. I'm totally game for a caravan down to the Farm:)

New guy here going down for my first time from cleveland- lookin for people to carpool with.. maybe tent-pool with too, haha- it's a lot of equipment to get when i don't have anything to start with
there seems to be alot of people from columbus on here.we should all have a week before roo(or some thing like that) trip to the bar. Find a ban throw a few back and start the good mindset well before even hitting the road.
anybody else in the columbus area interested in this??
since ROO is a little over a month away, let's get together in the next week or 2.

PM me if you still need a ride! If you can get yourself down to the Norton/Barberton area (west of Akron), you can ride with us if you can chip in for gas money. If you can meet up with us beforehand and assure us you're not creepy, you can sleep in our tent, too!
hey everyone! I am volunteering at the fest this year for the first time. obviously ill have to get down there before all my friends so im looking for anyone who wants to ride share down there. I have a jeep grand cherokee to take or you you really wanna use your car that will work as long as you have a roof rack (i got some stuff that doesnt fit in the jeep). I gave some people a ride last year and it worked great and made some good friends outta it. if interested shoot me an email. rb305404@ohio.edu
Hey 2nd time Rooer from Columbus, OH, I have a ticket but no way to Roo and could use a ride. Definitely could chip in for gas/food/whatnot and am more than willing to drive a lot if you don't want to. PM me if you can help I don't want this ticket to go to waste!
