Bummed I didn't get to meet up with you guys at GC. The "two hour" birthday party I was attending turned into crazy late night shenanigans. If you hear an O-H at Bonnaroo give me an I-O!

I just now stumbled onto this thread... I'm bummed I missed out on the GC happenings this weekend! I also live in Grandview, would have loved to meet some fellow Bonnaroo goers. I'll be sure to reply to any O-H's I might hear at Bonnaroo!

Hey folks, I'm leaving from Portage County, not sure what time, meeting some people in Columbus, then heading to the farm. So if anyone in the Cleveland/Akron/Canton/Youngstown region, or especially Stow/Kent/Ravenna needs a ride, I'm sure I have room for one, maybe two people. Last year we stopped for a nap, have a bit, and to meet a friend's brother in Nashville, which might happen again.
Not sure yet whether I'll be driving my big old SUV (lotsa space, bad on gas, AC is not ice cold, but trusty) or renting something. Definitely driving somehow though, and might be picking up one person in Columbus, depending on whether they run out of room in the car or cars they'll be taking. We certainly have room in a tent and under an EZ-up type canopy, if needed.
PM me if you are interested in car pooling. I drove the whole way down last year and don't mind driving long distances, but I wouldn't mind a nap and help with gas, of course. Or I'll take a ride if you have room for a guy with a lot of junk, and if you want help driving and buying gas. So far, my group is flexible on time tables, though it would be nice to ge there kind of early and maybe avoid the 9 hours we spent in line last year. But I do have a bit of a plan to cut down the wait, hopefully.
I'm 34, the people in my group range from early 20's-ish to 35, and folks of any age, race, whatever should feel perfectly welcome to join us. We're not hardcore hippies, but we will definitely have a good time and probably smell bad in the heat, haha.
Got some unexpected news this week. The two other guys I was supposed to go down with had a death in the family this week, and are no longer going.
So, me and my other buddy, both first timers are looking to carpool with some people down to Manchester from Columbus, OH. We are both willing to help with gas and other expenses. We are both male, age 23 and 26.
We both have to work on Wednesday so would not be able to leave until about 4 or 5, maybe 3 at the earliest but we are both willing to drive through the night to get there early Thursday morning.

We have a group of 4 going to Roo this year, but 2 of them have to leave before sunday so a Friend and I were looking to possible catch a ride back to Cleveland or Columbus, or Erie, PA Area. We don't wanna miss a whole day of roo considering this is our yearly vacation. We are debating on 1 way ticket out of Nashville, but if we could hitch a ride that would be much better. . . We can help with gas and drive if needed. Our friend could even take our gear so all we would have would be a backpack each most likely. . . Please PM or respond if you can help or know of a better idea . . . . Thank you all !! BONNARROOOOO!!!!
