Ok so this is my theory. Higgi is actually the inspector meaning Pimp and Jack are Mafia. But he misinterpreted the clouds as chief would say for mafia member 3. Who was the one that started the voting wave against mister Squid. Who tried to prevent the inspector coming forward and revealing what he knew of the mafia with the hope of knocking him off first. Who has been planting seeds of suspicion about the true identity of Higgi. Who has explicitly tried to appear innocent by claiming such things as " I wish I can be mafia one of these games." and "Not another lazy mafia! Let's go you damn slowpokes! Move it grandpaws/maws!". The fact that the mafia did not kill Higgi just means that they were trying to make him look like a mafia member with the hope to get another free townsperson kill during the day and to keep suspicion off the people that Higgi mention. It seems very obvious to me that ChiefPemperToadWigginsky is a mafia member, that is why I vote ChiefPemperToadWigginsky.

I agree Bacon, that seems like a sound theory and I am in full support of it. But, I think that since we already know for a fact that Jack and Pimp are mafia we should kill one of them until I can ask about Chief.. So we can know for sure and make no mistakes.

If you ARE the real inspector then i beg you to ask about me. Maybe this will prove to AT LEAST you that i am not mafia (even though I do WANT to be, because i think it would be fun). I beg of you to ask if I am mafia, I am open to changing my vote and I'm even still open to you being the real inspector. We'll see, but why vote for Pimp and not jack? Jack seems to be a more seasoned player, So shouldn't we vote for Jack (if we decide to believe you, higgi)???????

Higgi I am with you but I have got a feeling that if you are truly the inspector you will not make it through the night and we will not get confirmation on the Chief. I am open to changing my vote but I am going to wait a bit to decide and see if any patterns pop up first.
I'm not buying the Higgi inspector claim 100 percent yet. Sorry higgi. I just don't understand why someone would call it out so soon in the game. I have seen the fake inspector claims before and they were Mafia.
I think Higgi and Baconus might be working together. Note the convo they had in this thread to maybe throw us off?!
Higgi's revelation of being the inspector makes sense he had two names and suspicions about the third. I am not 100% about him either which is why I am voting for Chief and not the names he originally mentioned. Even if Higgi is lying I think the Chief is involved.

It does seem strange that one would claim to be inspector so early, and I can't quite see how any inspector would so certainly have another name after the very first 'round'. It makes more sense to my mind that being mafia, knowing who the other mafia are, one might try to immediately discredit two townspeople whilst pretending to be the inspector. However, I hesitate to vote for Higgs just in case he is in fact the inspector.. though I question the reasoning of Higgi not voting for Jack if Higgi definitely knows he is in fact mafia. Queer indeed. I will tentatively vote for Higgi just because the evidence seems more stacked against him than in his favor, claims of being inspector notwithstanding.

i didnt vote for Jack because i didn't want the mafia to have any idea i was the inspector... if i voted him first round and caused any sense of alarm, i would have been turned on, voted against and most likely killed. Not voting for him kept me off the radar.
This is the same situation Sadie was in last game, she found out early by lucky guesses who mafia were and outed herself.. Nobody, myself included, believed her until after she were dead.. So kill me if you must but don't disregard what I've told you because it's the truth and I can promise you, if you don't listen to me us innocents will lose.

Why would you not definitely vote for the person who you definitely know is mafia though, instead voting for someone you only speculate might be?
Edit: Ok sorry I'm new to the game, just reread the rules and saw how you could be telling the truth about pimp being the second verified mafia member. For now I nullify my vote for Higgi just to see what other people do before I make a definite decision.

I understand what you are trying to say BUT I was talking about this round. ALSO as far as the 1st round is concerned....you wanna stay under the radar and instead of voting for who you KNOW is mafia you vote for who you might think is mafia (pimpgeorgieboy). Which BTW doesn't keep you under the radar since you said yourself he turned out to be mafia. right? And now once again you are voting for pimp, but might change it right? if its easier to convince everyone to vote for jack? right? Dude........doooooood! dude. i dont know for a fact he's innocent.. and i am also working with you Kel, given the fact that you are innocent as well, we are working together too, you just don't know it. No I don't know who the third is, but I have it narrowed down as to who it may be and like i keep saying.. i WILL know for sure if i live to ask.
there isn't anything thus far in the game to disprove me, there also isn't much to support what i'm saying, because after all, it is very early in the game... But this is precisely why you should believe me, WHY would I make up such an asinine story if there was ABSOLUTELY NO evidence or discussion out there for me to use as ammunition??

i understand your concerns, i do.. getting my guess right was a curse, clearly, because everyone is quite hesitant to believe me. And for goodness sakes, I know for a fact that both Jack and Pimp are guilty, like I said, so obviously I am all for killing whichever one will benefit us most NOW. Take out the who we think is the Brains of the two, or the more seasoned vet? Whatever, I've played with them both, previously, and I feel as if they are both good players, so I have no preference as to which we whack, I just know they BOTH NEED TO GO. And to be honest, the longer this goes on, the more time they have to create a plan of attack and kill of innocent townspeople at night.
I wasn't suspicious of Pimp until he changed his vote from squid to me, acting awfully defensive, prior to that it was an honest random guess. I decided to ask Hippie about him, because of that, and because I had no swayed thoughts on anyone else, and to my surprise I was right.
So there you go, again haha.. I'm not sure what else I can say, keep shooting, keep interrogating, I have NOTHING to hide.

Well I'm just about as confused as I ever was, but for some reason my suspicions are still running towards Higgi. I will therefore un-nullify my vote towards Higgmaster.
If I am wrong may the lords of Bonnaroo strike me down, but there's just something about his story that isn't flying right with me...

i just explained that.
my vote for pimp was random, completely random.. My suspicions came AFTER I posted my vote for him, making it too late. I never thought for a second Squid was guilty, therefore wasn't going to follow the crowd, instead I voted randomly and it uncovered another mafia member.
Wolf I can see how you're confused. And I can see why I would look guilty, simply because I am the ONLY person making any statements as to who is mafia. Everyone else is using me as a fallboy, cuz it's easy.
Ponder what I've said, you'll find that it's sound, I have confidence that you'll see.
And also, wtf would you kill off the ONLY person claiming to be inspector?!!?!!? If I am lying, who is the real inspector and why have they not come forward?!
Part of my suspicions lie in the fact that if you ARE inspector, why didn't the mafia kill you off immediately? I guess I can see where that would lend credence to your claims, so they might want to wait and see if we the townspeople would vote you off. However, the real inspector could be laying low, just so the mafia doesn't kill them immediately, collecting evidence so that they could lay out all the mafia in one fell blow. A difficult decision to be sure.

Further proof that Chief is mafia. He is telling Higgi to ask the ref about him with full knowledge that the he and the rest of the mafia will kill him during the night if he survives the townspeople.
I think it would make it too obvious if the mafia kill higgi this next time. Then we will know for sure he was the inspector and not mafia and we could kill jack and pimp right away. Then we, the townspeeps would def have the victory.
Plus where the heck is pimp......he smells like lazy mafia to me.

Wait...what?! I can't speak for Jack or Chief or anyone else, but I am certainly not mafia. I didn't not vote everyone else in that first round to blend in, higgi. I just didn't have any opinions either way on who could be mafia that early in the game.
