I'm going to side with eap on this one. If higgi is the inspector and knows for certain that Jack and Pimp are mafia, then he should have no qualms with switching his vote to Jack because that would at least get one mafia member out with 3/jack and 2/pimp (depending on what kel does).
However, if higgi absolutely refuses to switch his vote to jack then it opens up the possibility that he is indeed an inspector impostor and is indeed mafia and has ties with jack. For now I am willing to believe his reports, but not willing to follow his initial vote.
I think it could be a Bacon/Higgi team. And say he ask about Chief tonight, do we believe him when he says he is innocent or guilty? He could lie and say he's innocent bc he is a MAFIA too.
I think at this point the only possible investigators were/are Squid, Ian, or Higgi (Assuming that the investigator would tell us if a fake was claiming to be the investigator). For some reason I doubt it was Squid. Ian responded to Higgi's claim so I doubt he was the investigator. This along with the fact he did not care about changing his vote makes me more confident then ever about Higgi.

After mulling over their behavior in the initial days of this war with the mafia; I also doubt that either Squid or Ian were the investigator. If higgi is just an imposter, I would hope that the real investigator would have said something by now. We shall see what happens next. I think once we see who the next victim of the mafia is we will have some more definite answers.

Agreed. I just hope the mafia doesn't try and be tricky by murdering one of their own.

"Hey dude, come on! Gimme my glowsticks back, now!" said jack, perturbed by the security guard who was most likely hording a personal collection. "Shut up or get in the back of the line." annoyed and angry, the security guy spoke as he thought of how his children might have a Christmas this year after all. Paraphernalia and glowsticks for the whole household! he thought. Jack noticed that his/her protests had no effect on this jar-headed, cow-eyed Ass-Soul and moved along hoping to find his/her friends with a hidden cache of glow toys. As she/he closed in on the What stage, Phish had just entered an intense jam, lost in their own creation. Jack had realized that the surrounding crowd were all digging in their packs and pockets. A Glowstick War had begun, and Jack was caught in the middle. She/he was in "the schit", smack dab in the throws of battle. Multi-colored artillery lobbed and projected every which way. Everyone versus everyone, but Jack was unarmed and unprepared. Generals called out orders and heaped piles of glow necklaces into the air; hippies and hipsters ran for cover, trampling each other in their frantic attempts of escape; foxholes and trenches were made from the fallen comrades as several groups attacked each other from across the field. In all this chaos, Jack had been struck by several green glowsticks (which hurt the most) and laid haphazardly on the grass to die, just as Phish started "Fee".

i apologize. i was thinking of the vigilante from when we played a round with other roles. the inspector gets a guess every night. i fixed my previous post.
