So using the most commonly talked about tarp is selfish but getting pissy about the sun and ripping down your neighbors stuff is not?
Look, all I'm saying is to be considerate of your neighbors. If your heat-bouncing tarp bounces that heat straight into their tent, reconsider what you're doing.
If you're selfish enough to ignore those around you -- esp. at a place like Bonnaroo -- then stay home. If you bake me out of my tent, expect me to solve the problem.
Well i am not a science major in any way but heat normally travels upwards. So how would this effect you ; and really depending on the angle of thing i doubt you'd notice it unless you had your face flush to the reflecting object. I am near my pool's silver tarp a lot and i don't feel any radiant heat that would make the conditions any more noticeably uncomfortable , and i am out at different hours of the day.
Let me also add that it takes time for the sun to fully rise , and the tarps to become heated by that time the camp is at it's hottest you'll be awake or in your shade. That's why i doubt you'd ever be baked out of your tent. Have you ever heard of anyone ever being baked our besides the usual?
Once again if you solve the problem , without any indication to anyone , expect some way shape or form some type of payback. I'd just be worried about sleeping at night... that's if it was my items being adjusted.
There are no mosquitos at Bonnaroo so you don't need them for that I just am attaching tapestries for extra shade. I don't think wind will be a problem , you will need all the breeze you can get as hot as it is going to be....
