you know, i didn't really have much issue with this until i realized that the little girl is touching her dad's "penis". sorry, i just think its inappropriate considering some of the other things that have gotten people banned/suspended.

If the mods want me to take it down, I'll gladly take it down, but I don't actually think the picture is in violation of any rules. Although I realize there's no good definition of "obscene," I don't think this picture qualifies. It's not like it's a real penis, or even a realistic one. Again, though, I will happily respect the wishes of the mods if they feel that it is inappropriate.

well, i'm certainly not trying to single you out at all. i know you have no ill intentions. i just get tired of some things being ok for some people, but nor for others. if you're going to make an example of some people, at least make the rules the same across the board. that's all.
I understand, I did not realize trill had said something also. Like I said, I cannot see the picture in question here at work, and have not been on at home.

not that i'm really a big fan of nbf or anything.....and not that my opinion holds much water around here or anytihng but i think that its a generaly accepted fact that things like nudity and violence and such are'nt really offensive when presented in an cartoonish perspective(see betty boop or the 3 stooges for examples of this)......at least not by rational adults, that is! and while that pic is obviously a n actual photograph...its obviously bein presented in a completly cartoonish way! to try and argue otherwise is kinda foolish imho! it sounds like hippieinaustin is jumping trillbill's ill conceived bandwagon to justify anger at bein repremanded in the past for something.....maybe i'm wrong about that prt but thats what screams to me when i look back over the past few posts! regardless of my opinion, i cant imagine how any reasonable adult could be serously offended by that pic....and it surely does'nt violate any existing ruels as i understand them! man!....i never thought the counter culture could be so tightassed!
