mafia is a frustrating game sometimes, that's for sure!
Damn me and my silly rule proposition! I suppose otherwise I would've just come out during Night 1 and that would've led to HGH and Kdogg getting voted off and eventually Kel was bound to be outed I'd imagine. Easy win
Anybody volunteer for Ref yet, because I would like to if not.
Hippie actually already has signed up for the Ref job for next game. Reluctantly, I've already signed up to play. After that I need me my occasional break from the game, though
For the record, I think your rule worked out pretty well, strum.
I do too, actually. I was just being an ass more or less in suggesting how differently this game could've turned out if I had revealed my role to the game. It actually was kind of interesting for me to ponder while I was watching the game go horribly awry from the graveyard

And kdogg I didn't think the voting would close right away I was trying to make people vote for HGH. And why didn't you just seal the deal?
I didn't have to vote for you to seal the deal. As it was, I had already publicly presumed you innocent... and figured that might come back to haunt me if I re-voted for you. I didn't need to vote for you to seal the deal - you did a well enough job of that yourself.
Good work kdogg many of your actions influenced my horribly wrong theory. During day 2 I was highly convinced you were the inspector.
Bacon, you were the Mafia's favorite Townsperson. At the beginning of Day Two, I was prepared to go after you publicly. Then you started speaking up, and it was just too good to ignore. We particularly enjoyed your list where you said all three Mafia members were innocent. I would've loved to have kept you around, but you had to go to lend some legitimacy to your claims. I wasn't even trying to be a faux Inspector here, so I find it amusing you thought I was... what prompted that, anyway?
god this was an absolute shitstorm in every sense of the game. Very disheartening... I have no comment regarding the townspeople who seemed to shrug off my death, not to mention anyone who believed a single word of Kdogg all game long. I was given HGH's name in the beginning, and while I know this may have helped me notice Kdogg's role, I don't understand how people didn't vote for him right away starting with Round 2. He is much easier to figure out in this game when he's mafia than when he's a townsperson, that's for sure. It was like you weren't even trying to hide your identity, Kdogg!
I wasn't 100% lying here, Strum. I said, for example, that you had no definite knowledge of my being Mafia. And that Handgun wasn't the quietest player in the game (that might have kept people from trusting your call as a knee-jerk reaction.) Or that Wolf was innocent because you had been whacked. I could go on. I have to admit, I was jaw-droppingly disappointed when nobody went after me after you died. I had myself an elaborate defense planned that I didn't even get to use.

I did find it quite apropos that the rule-monger wound up with the Inspector role - be careful what you ask for... Knowing Roo, we suspected it was probably intentional... that made the decision to kill you seem a lot more like the right one.
Just out of curiosity, Strum... you did ask about me in Night One, right? We had your death story ready and waiting in Roo's inbox a good 12-16 hours before you and I even had that argument. It was almost a regrettable decision by the time it did come to pass, but it definitely worked out for the best.
I told y'all when we signed up I wasn't prepared to bring my A game... it's good to know that's not necessary.
Ahhhhh! I'm so glad that's over! I was getting so mad when Kdogg was making vote negotiations after making such a big deal when Strum and I did it in round one! I can't believe no one called him out on that!

If I was intentionally assigned the role of Inspector this game I would be pissed. "intentional" doesn't really fall under the "randomly assigned" definition, but whatever

Well I didn't really feel the need to ask about you night 1. I intentionally waited a little while before asking about you, because I was hoping maybe you wouldn't kill me the 1st night, although I figured it was inevitable. I actually figured (and apparently was correct) that you guys would've had it out for me no matter who i voted for in the 1st round. Once I figured enough time had passed for you to send in your vote, that's when I posted my blahg and named 2/3 mafias for the townspeople.
Then, just for shits and giggles... yes, I did ask about you. I'll admit, it took me another round to figure out the 3rd one though.

The longer it takes this game to get started the less likely it is that I'll play. I'm gonna be out of town next week with work from Tues-Thurs I think without computer access. But then again, I'll probably be dead after the 1st round regardless...
FYI- I'll be at the lake this weekend with no internet access other than my phone which is a piece of crap to use for internet. It takes forever for me to read all the posts and I'll end up throwing my phone in the lake so I'll probably just be MIA instead of frustrating myself.

yeah at this point with 5 players still needed I'm gonna have to go ahead and tentatively remove myself from the playing roster until after next week when I return from work cause it won't get started this weekend and I don't want to have a game start monday then right away be gone for 3ish days. I'm guessing this won't matter much though since I doubt the game will be filled up by this time next week anyways at this rate
